We recently purchased a Jennair combination wall oven. I immediately started having issues when using the microwave convection oven. During the baking process, after about one hour the microwave would stop working. I had to press on the handle in order to start the oven again. The door switches are made of plastic which do not work well when the oven reaches temperatures above 350 degrees. The technician has been here three times and it still does the same thing. This issue is unacceptable for an oven that cost almost 6000 dollars! Unfortunately it seems that when Whirlpool purchased Jennair the quality deteriorated. I am returning this stove ASAP. I will be avoiding anything that Whirlpool has acquired like Jennair, Kitchen Aid and Amana etc. Do your homework because the once trusted brands are not the same anymore.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Do not buy--- frustrating product in every way

This is a horribly designed oven/microwave combo. It starts with the microwave only having a scroll bar design (rather than being able to type in numbers), so entering time to microwave takes forever. You may think that's fun the first couple of times, but it gets annoying after the 4th or 5th time. Then, don't worry, you won't even get to use it more than 10 times because you will begin getting an error every morning that says a key is stuck, which means you have to turn off the oven for 2 minutes and get out a blow dryer to blow on the screen and then reset the oven. EVERY DAY. This is the worst product I have ever seen. Do not buy it.
