I did not have a lot of choice in the market due to the design of my island. I went with this product specifically because of the brass burners this product was offering. In home consultation was a breeze and the product was delivered and installed in a timely manner. Some users mentioned that the built in exhaust would pull away the flames from heating well thats true thats why i give it 4 stars. I would still recommend this product to anyone who have the exhaust duct installed in the cabinet below.

Very impressed with my new Jenn Air downdraft cooktop. I was forced to replace old Jenn Air as I already had a Jenn Air downdraft cooktop. Thus one is much more attractive and professional appearing. Works great. Would buy again. Also very impressed with Best Buy service

The cooktop looks and feels like it belongs in a high-end restaurant. Very efficient and user friendly. The BTUs this puts out is awesome.

Great gas cook top. This is our second JinnAir gas cook top. First one lasted us 30 yrs. Only replacing because our house was severly damaged by a tornado.

Very elegant cook top, streamline and blends well with many appliances in the kitchen. The price is right and it is built to last.

The 30" is a little narrow to put a pan on every burner, but the range of burners gives multiple options to choose from and allows for flexable cooking. The nobles are much heavier and grated feel a lot more sturdy than other parts we checked out. All in all we are really happy with this item so far.

The knobs and grates are extremely beefy and solid, love the closed design of the burners and stainless steel which makes it easier to clean. A little disappointed that scratches appear where the grate rests on the stainless steel base; will need to lift up carefully . Overall love the stove!

Product works as advertised and looks great. Only issue was dealing with the contracted company that schedules the installation. They were hard to contact and kept sending me conflicting notifications even after the installation was complete.

Love the appearance and simple design of stove! I had a JennAir before and this new design is perfect!

Great stove but the knobs next to the stoves on the right hand side, get REALLY HOT after cooking food for 20-30 minutes. For such an expensive equipment and a top line brand name, it is disappointing to see such usability and quality issues. Did JennAir never had anyone cool anything real on this? They would have immediately noticed the hot knobs.

At this time, after about 45 days of use the cooktop has not displayed any issues and has performed as we expected. It is a good value for the cost and the feel of the equipment is quality. The downdraft cannot be moved to the other side, so that did require me to move the vent.

It works! All 4 burners. I read other reviews and agree that it’s hard to see which burner to ignite as the legend is too light.

The whole process was quick and easy. The online order of the cooktop replacement and delivery and installation scheduling was painless. Installers showed up at the appointed time, efficiently replaced the old unit, and hauled it away. New cooktop working perfectly.

Moved into a new home and upgraded the old cooktop for this JennAir model. It is really nice with Brass Burners and looks really good. This model comes with a built in ventilation system as there was no hood installed. I had reservations about it's ability to handle smoke but it works really well.

It's 'ok.' We had to settle for this unit. The craftsmanship is not quite what we had expectations of. The surface unit indicator markings are inadequate and not easily visible. The knobs don't operate as smoothly as they could. We won't even get into the install, which was a BestBuy Nightmare!

Modern looking cooktop. Good parts and features. Simple to operate.

Work as expected, our house can only have this type of gas cooktop.
