Great cooktop. Quiet, efficient, and quick to warm anything up. The construction is very solid and the brushed metal looks great. In our kitchen, it replaced a 20-year-old GE that had only 2 burners left working. The JX3 fit in perfectly. It's not cheap, but absolutely worth the investment.

The downdraft fan significantly sucks the heat away from the pan(s) (while focusing heat on edge of grill near fan vs center of pan). With 4 diff BTU burners and 4 levels of fan (including off), you have NO idea what temperature the pan is without using a handheld guage. With the fan at 2 or 3, you have to put burners on full blast wasting all kinds of energy. Horrible design!!! Should be recalled/replaced!

Wonderful product. We owned a JennAir downdraft cooktop before.

The JennAir Gas cooktop is as expected. It is built exceptionally well and looks amazing.

We were replacing an older gas cooktop. Due to the 30 inch size and needing a downdraft model, we were limited in choices. This was the most expensive, but is working like a champ. Very satisfied!

For what this cost you would hope all 4 burners would work perfectly. One does not. Had to schedule a service call the same day I registered it. Now to wait two weeks for them to come out and hopefully fix it. Very disappointed in the quality.

This thing lives to cook!! If we had to do the whole kitchen over we would not have done a downdraft cooktop. But this Is such an improvement over our original unit, all is well, in fact wonderful.

Down draft is not strong enough to suck the air down

This stove top may have been more expensive than some others. But after having installed and using, it was worth the cost. The middle vent works great to pull heat & smell down and out of kitchen. It has several speeds to vent too.

Purchased this product as a replacement for older Jennair cooktop. I love it is not a glass top and the materials seem more durable than previous version. Burners are easier to clean as they are not screwed down.

This cooktop turned out to be everything I expected it to be. The downdraft is very powerful and quiet and the burners are immensely adjustable. Best purchase I've made in quite a while.

I am sure it will be a great Stove top, but it arrived without the grate package. So while it is installed, I am unable to use it for up to two weeks. In other words we can’t cook on it for that period of time. Additionally, two delivery dates came and went with no notification.

Works exactly as I expected. A bit pricey, but unfortunately there are few options. None that I could find.

When turn on stove all the stoves starts clicking sound and start sparkling. its worst ever purchase I have made.

Nice cooktop. with the depth it hides dirt better. One con - hard to clean without streaking. You have to wash and then dry it to keep streaks down.

The cook top is good, the only reason I knocked off two stars is due to the downdraft. It is so powerful that it starts sucking the flame and the temperature spread is not even.

The different sized burners are great. The details by the knobs is very faint
