Reliable gas burner and installation was excellent. Recommend.

This item arrived twice with illegible writing on the stovetop. You could not tell which knob controlled which burner without extreme visual effort. Not a Best Buy issue but a Jenn Air quality control issue. Really wanted the cooktop but could not accept the poor manufacturing.

Product ordered and installation date scheduled. Date came and went. No one called to say item was backordered. I called and was informed it was backordered. New installation scheduled. Impression that customer communication is very poor.

Love this cooktop have had 3 other brands and not happy.

Great installation technician that did the install.

We bought this product looking past all the other products which were cheaper and thought this is a high brand and would stay with us for some years . Kind of going by " You get what you pay for". We used the recommended stainless steel cleaner to clean the stove and it corroded the base . We called Jennair multiple times since it was under warranty they put the blame on us for using a wrong cleaner. And we used what they said , we feel cheated and definitely not worth the price . I would say you better think twice or stay away from this product . So disappointed and frustrated. The games they play with the customer.

Gas line not changed yet. Poor service and had to call multiple times to get downdraft installed. Gas line not yet changed and very concerned

Purchases and had this cooktop installed in November 2020 and in December 2023 electric ignition needs replacing. At this price point better quality is expected.

Missing many parts. Installed for over a month, still can't use due to missing parts.

The downdraft pulls away half of the heat. You have to cook without the downdraft on.

Nice product, but not as nice as I expected it would be.

The cooktop came without burner tops and now kitchen is not usable for days. They can't even tell when the burner top are going to be shipped.

The JennAir Gas Cooktop looks really nice and fits perfectly to my open space of the old cooktop. The installation was quick and everything works perfectly as it should be. The Loudoun county gas inspector came over to check for leak and gave it a pass score to indicate that the installation was done properly for this cooktop.

Great cooktop. Works great and look beautiful in kitchen. I think jenn air is such a good company.
