Great cooktop. Quiet, efficient, and quick to warm anything up. The construction is very solid and the brushed metal looks great. In our kitchen, it replaced a 20-year-old GE that had only 2 burners left working. The JX3 fit in perfectly. It's not cheap, but absolutely worth the investment.

Great cooktop!! Replaced a 30" JenAire and was easily installed.

I replaced a 33 yr old JennAir cooktop with this new one. It looks great and functions very well. Can adjust the flame to a fine adjustment. I am enjoying my new cooktop. I had it installed by Best Buy installation partner and they did a great job as well.

The JennAir Gas cooktop is as expected. It is built exceptionally well and looks amazing.

The downdraft fan significantly sucks the heat away from the pan(s) (while focusing heat on edge of grill near fan vs center of pan). With 4 diff BTU burners and 4 levels of fan (including off), you have NO idea what temperature the pan is without using a handheld guage. With the fan at 2 or 3, you have to put burners on full blast wasting all kinds of energy. Horrible design!!! Should be recalled/replaced!

Wonderful product. We owned a JennAir downdraft cooktop before.

Product ordered and installation date scheduled. Date came and went. No one called to say item was backordered. I called and was informed it was backordered. New installation scheduled. Impression that customer communication is very poor.

The delivery guys was very professional, on time and very courteous.

For what this cost you would hope all 4 burners would work perfectly. One does not. Had to schedule a service call the same day I registered it. Now to wait two weeks for them to come out and hopefully fix it. Very disappointed in the quality.

This stove top may have been more expensive than some others. But after having installed and using, it was worth the cost. The middle vent works great to pull heat & smell down and out of kitchen. It has several speeds to vent too.

This thing lives to cook!! If we had to do the whole kitchen over we would not have done a downdraft cooktop. But this Is such an improvement over our original unit, all is well, in fact wonderful.

Down draft is not strong enough to suck the air down

Purchased this product as a replacement for older Jennair cooktop. I love it is not a glass top and the materials seem more durable than previous version. Burners are easier to clean as they are not screwed down.

The cook top is good, the only reason I knocked off two stars is due to the downdraft. It is so powerful that it starts sucking the flame and the temperature spread is not even.

We bought this product looking past all the other products which were cheaper and thought this is a high brand and would stay with us for some years . Kind of going by " You get what you pay for". We used the recommended stainless steel cleaner to clean the stove and it corroded the base . We called Jennair multiple times since it was under warranty they put the blame on us for using a wrong cleaner. And we used what they said , we feel cheated and definitely not worth the price . I would say you better think twice or stay away from this product . So disappointed and frustrated. The games they play with the customer.

This cooktop turned out to be everything I expected it to be. The downdraft is very powerful and quiet and the burners are immensely adjustable. Best purchase I've made in quite a while.

Nice cooktop. with the depth it hides dirt better. One con - hard to clean without streaking. You have to wash and then dry it to keep streaks down.
