Ordered this for my kitchen remodel. Received on time, and professionally installed. Looks great, but...
Still working through issues - two problems - one is that all ignitors come on when lighting one burner. The other is the flame is too low. i can't boil water. Hopefully JennAir's appliance support will be able to fix it. Looking forward to using this once its fixed!

Took three times to get the right cooktop but the actual cooktop itself is great.

The downdraft system doesn't work well. The exhaust from the spent natural gas fuel fills our home as well as steam, smoke, or any other cooking smells. I don't think this is a flaw in this specific product as much as the idea of a downdraft system for a gas stovetop is a doomed approach.
The replacement parts for this model are incredibly expensive, current $95 for one replacement knob.
The paint printed on the surface for the co. logo and markings for the knobs rubs off after too short of a time to be taken seriously.
The auto relight safety feature, while necessary for gas cooktops, renders the lower settings of all but the largest burner unusable as it just continues to click away as though the burners needs to be relit, when it is merely on the low setting. This is caused by the downdraft exhaust system pulling soo much of the heat and flame into it that it tricks its own system. Bad Design.
The premium price of this cooktop would lead one to believe these flaws would have been addressed already, but make no mistake, they have not. I would not recommend this cooktop to anyone I cared about.
