The installer gave me tips on cleaning so that it continues to look good. It does require more cleaning than my old cooktop. I love the Jenn Air fan that sucks out the smell of food.

Not a bad cook top

Installation ought to include fitting-in

Unfortunately, the technician was not equipped (nor apparently expected) to cut off a .25" strip of tile. This was not a surprise. We were all set to have a friend do it the next day.

Jenn Air Downdraft Cooktop

However, BestBuy's 3 party installer left multiple scratches on my granite counter top during installation 08/18/22 after waiting 2 months to install. As of 9/15/22 no resolution. Bestbuy you need to do better by your customers.
