Cooktop is awesome. The ultra high setting gets hot VERY fast!! Looks great on the counter.

It is a perfect upgrade from our last JennAir. It is functional and esthetic.

Very easy to install but was missing the foam strips that go under the edges so I had to go to local hardware store and bought weather strip and unit works great

Delivery was on-time (btw noon and 2000) in good shape. Old cooktop was cleanly removed. Unfortunately, the technician was not equipped (nor apparently expected) to cut off a .25" strip of tile. This was not a surprise. We were all set to have a friend do it the next day.

We had our cooktop for little over a month now and are very satisfied with it's performance. I would recommend the Jenn Air for anyone needing a downdraft cooktop.

This cooktop is beautiful. I have never had a glass cooktop. The installer gave me tips on cleaning so that it continues to look good. It does require more cleaning than my old cooktop. I love the Jenn Air fan that sucks out the smell of food.

Easy to install and use. Looks great and pretty decent suction for a downdraft. It’s pretty straightforward to use and has a great build quality but not all that different from the KitchenAid version. This cooktop is on the pricier side—I’m pretty sure the premium price is really paying for the styling and brand name and small size. I bought this for my mother’s kitchen to replace her 30 year old Jenn-air. I would buy this again for a small kitchen but you get more value out of the 36” size.

JennAir JX3 cooktop is awesome and highly recommend. However, BestBuy's 3 party installer left multiple scratches on my granite counter top during installation 08/18/22 after waiting 2 months to install. As of 9/15/22 no resolution. Bestbuy you need to do better by your customers.

Fantastic cooktop. Beautiful and elegant. The dropdown vent is what works with our kitchen design.

I replaced my old Jenair with this one. It turns on faster and the downdraft fan is much stronger.

I bought this to replace the existing one I already have. It is a good cook top but difficult to get. It took 2 1/2 more months to get once I placed the order.

This has been a godsend for us. Heats up fast, uniform heat.

This is a beautiful cooktop. Very clean and modern.

This is a very good looking electric cooktop and one of the few downdraft models available. Unfortunately, it has some significant issues. First off, the control knobs are not installed very well and are skewed to one side or the other. This seems to be a recurring build/design issue, since Jennair/Best Buy replaced our originally installed cooktop due to this issue, but the new one is just as bad. For a modern electric cooktop, it heats up surprising slowly. Also, it is very difficult to clean, even using the recommended cleaner, especial around the knobs.

What a change from my prior electric cooktop ... love the flat surface that accommodates larger pans ... and does hit heat up quickly. Warning: at the beginning, you need to watch closely or else food will be burned. You will adjust!

The cooktop is great. I was told the delivery would also be installation but they were not able to complete the job. One week later it was completed. The final team did a great job.
