Beautiful and functional. The Geek Squad installed and did a beautiful job.

We absolutely love our new Jenn Air cooktop. It cooks so much more efficiently than our Older model Jenn Air. The floating glass cooktop looks great on the countertop.

Installing stove top wet well but when it came down to the final install the team member didn’t have the secure box to put cables in they told me they did not have the appropriate box so I had to hire an electrician to put the box in which had the high voltage 230 cables in it. I paid 175.00 to have electrician come to install the box.

There is discoloration under burner. I’m concerned that it will only get worse!

The product has a nice appearance and warms quickly. The install wasn't done very well and I am missing the vent cover

This JennAir- JX3 Euro-Style 30" Built-in Electric Cooktop was the replacement of a much older JennAir cooktop. The older JennAir was operating fine but because we were doing a total renovation of the Kitchen/Family room area we opted to go with this new model. I absolutely love the sleek new design, easy clean-up, and functionality of this stove-top and highly recommend it.

Delivery & installation great after replacement of a defective JennAir cook top. Replaced unit is an improvement over my previous GE Profile. Heat time is much quicker.

We like this cooktop mostly but the black shows EVERYTHING and is hard to clean. Finally found Affresh cleaning kits that really are nice and work well. Otherwise it heats up evenly and quickly and cools down fast too.

Very nice cooktop. Only disappointment was that the downdraft connections did not match. We had to buy an adapter. We purposely bought another Jennaire with the expectation of a seamless connection.

don't recommend the glass top. Not easy to clean. The raised knobs are a challenge to clean. the back left burner is slow to heat up. The front left does not cool down quickly. It is a bit pricey comparatively. But it is a beautiful cook top.

Looks great and works well. Hard to clean and to remove spills.

Jenn air has the best cook top in the market. Set up was harder then expected but works great

Cooktop is awesome. The ultra high setting gets hot VERY fast!! Looks great on the counter.

Very easy to install but was missing the foam strips that go under the edges so I had to go to local hardware store and bought weather strip and unit works great

It is a perfect upgrade from our last JennAir. It is functional and esthetic.

Delivery was on-time (btw noon and 2000) in good shape. Old cooktop was cleanly removed. Unfortunately, the technician was not equipped (nor apparently expected) to cut off a .25" strip of tile. This was not a surprise. We were all set to have a friend do it the next day.

The cooktop is great. I was told the delivery would also be installation but they were not able to complete the job. One week later it was completed. The final team did a great job.

Fantastic cooktop. Beautiful and elegant. The dropdown vent is what works with our kitchen design.

Fine product, very pleased, but what a nightmare to get it installed, delays, counterorders, mass confusion!
