Just installed 4 days ago but so far all is well. We replaced our 30 year old JennAire down-draft cooktop. The downdraft venting has been a challenge for the installers, but after being without a cooktop for over two months we can finally start cooking again.

Very nice cooktop and fits nice and flush on the countertop. Only have a few options for downdraft models and Kitchen Aid was having manufacturing issues.

We absolutely love our new Jenn Air cooktop. It cooks so much more efficiently than our Older model Jenn Air. The floating glass cooktop looks great on the countertop.

Beautiful and functional. The Geek Squad installed and did a beautiful job.

Cooks very well. Heats up fast and cools down quickly

Installing stove top wet well but when it came down to the final install the team member didn’t have the secure box to put cables in they told me they did not have the appropriate box so I had to hire an electrician to put the box in which had the high voltage 230 cables in it. I paid 175.00 to have electrician come to install the box.

There is discoloration under burner. I’m concerned that it will only get worse!

The product has a nice appearance and warms quickly. The install wasn't done very well and I am missing the vent cover

This JennAir- JX3 Euro-Style 30" Built-in Electric Cooktop was the replacement of a much older JennAir cooktop. The older JennAir was operating fine but because we were doing a total renovation of the Kitchen/Family room area we opted to go with this new model. I absolutely love the sleek new design, easy clean-up, and functionality of this stove-top and highly recommend it.

Easy to install and use. Looks great and pretty decent suction for a downdraft. It’s pretty straightforward to use and has a great build quality but not all that different from the KitchenAid version. This cooktop is on the pricier side—I’m pretty sure the premium price is really paying for the styling and brand name and small size. I bought this for my mother’s kitchen to replace her 30 year old Jenn-air. I would buy this again for a small kitchen but you get more value out of the 36” size.

Very clean looking and the fan works incredibly. I love having the 3 settings on the fan and the burners turn right on and get immediately hot.

Delivery & installation great after replacement of a defective JennAir cook top. Replaced unit is an improvement over my previous GE Profile. Heat time is much quicker.

Works well. Upgrade from older model. More efficient and stylish

After a month using it, the cooktop works well, just like the one we replaced. We like it better because the knobs on the right side instead of in the front. The only concern we have is that the finish is shinier than the one we replace and difficult to keep clean. The finish on the one we replaced was less shiny and easy to keep clean.

We like this cooktop mostly but the black shows EVERYTHING and is hard to clean. Finally found Affresh cleaning kits that really are nice and work well. Otherwise it heats up evenly and quickly and cools down fast too.

don't recommend the glass top. Not easy to clean. The raised knobs are a challenge to clean. the back left burner is slow to heat up. The front left does not cool down quickly. It is a bit pricey comparatively. But it is a beautiful cook top.

Very nice cooktop. Only disappointment was that the downdraft connections did not match. We had to buy an adapter. We purposely bought another Jennaire with the expectation of a seamless connection.

Looks great and works well. Hard to clean and to remove spills.

This cooktop is beautiful. I have never had a glass cooktop. The installer gave me tips on cleaning so that it continues to look good. It does require more cleaning than my old cooktop. I love the Jenn Air fan that sucks out the smell of food.
