Would give this a zero if I could. First time we used the left front burner there appeared bubbles/spots under the glass which were shiny like oil slicks. Ruins the appearance of the cooktop totally. Will call bith Jenn Air and BB to get a fix

Total Nightmare experience! I placed the order on July 10th and it now August 14th and they have no idea when it will arrive. They changed the arrival date 5 times already.

The knobs are very loose and wiggly. The painted cooking rings are hard to see and make it difficult to see when a pan is centered. Meanwhile, it took over a month for Best Buy to send someone out to look at it. So now we are told it needs to be replaced. Unbelievable lack of quality control by JennAir, and poor service from Best Buy.

I ll give 0 if can, less than 3 months and have issues with burners elements turning black, now trying to have manufacturers warranty cover because Best Buy total tech won’t cover. Don’t buy and save yourself money, time and unnecessary headache.

This was a replacement for a much older model of the same cooktop which was broken when someone dropped a heavy bottle on it, after over 20 years of service, We loved that one, and we love its newer replacement. The delivery and installation were excellenr as well. Thanks!

pure Junk. The glass top cracked across the top. nothing was dropped on it and after only 1.6 years of use. Customer Service told me this was discontinued and a glass replacement will not be available. I even tried to find a used part. no luck. So I purchased a 2500.00 piece of JUNK. Do not waste your money. The funny thing is I had a jennair cooktop for 25 years and loved it. Thats why I bought another but NEVER again. Look at the ad. Backordered. Good luck they stopped building it.
