I would love to be able to write a review of my stove purchase, however, it is not scheduled for delivery until August 26. The stove was charged on my card two months ago even though I received an email that the charge was supposed to be on hold until the shipment was made. I went to the store but they couldn’t help and call go to a service call center in another country.

Great product - love the features and downdraft option. Excellent installation very professional.

The.performance so far has been great. Took a minute to install. Very good quality.

Looks good but I haven’t use it yet as it was for a rental home. Not many choices for down draft oven. The installation was good. The installer was very helpful.

I love it and scored a great deal as I got this as an open box even though brand new. the installers through BEST BUY (WELL THE INSTALL GUY) DID A FANTASTIC JOB!

I am thrilled with my purchase of my JenAir stove. The delivery and installation were excellent, kind and efficient and kind. Took care of everything from taking off the truck to u packing and getting rid of all boxes etc. Pleased with my stove and service men who installed my beauty.

I had an awful experience because the brand new oven does not work. It was a hassle to reschedule delivery and Im waiting for a brand new replacement! Im very disappointed in the customer service also

Pleasant experience during the purchase process, very knowledgeable sales person, the delivery was top notch and very perfossional, i would highly recommend.

Disappointed does not have features that my previous Jennair had and enjoyed. Downgrade, more expensive.

Range looks nice. Range hooked up and plugged in. We were unable to turn off the interior oven light. The oven would not heat any higher than 125 degrees. Repair company said we needed a new control panel and heat probe.

Worst experience purchasing an appliance in my life. No respect for the customers time. Delivery appointments not kept. Promises not kept. NO FOLLOW UP. No opportunity to rate or review customer services. Would never recommend anyone purchase an appliance from Best Buy.

I purchased my stove in April, but delivery has been pushed 3 time and now is scheduled for 3 months later in July.

The oven is okay. I like the slide out rack. But my old Jennair had a drying feature which I loved and used often and this one automatically starts the heat at 170 degrees. It's a relatively attractive looking range. But the stove top was designed by someone who apparently never cooked a day in their life. It is the most counter intuitive design I have ever come across. Only small burners in the back where one would typically put a large pot to simmer slowly. Three knobs have the controls set one way and one is arbitrarily the opposite. Only one burner has a dual size option, and that is in the front. IMO both front burners at least should have this. So you can only have one small pot at a time on, on the front of the stove. There is one ultra low setting on one burner, a large one in front. Incredibly dumb.
