    Paid a lot of money. The burners are slower than a coil stove and glass top is hard to keep looking nice and clean. It a headache

    I purchased the JennAir Downdraft Slide -In electric Range on August 28, 2024 and received delivery on October 3, 2024. The range didn’t work, picked up range on October 12. New range was not delivered until October 17……it also did not work and frame was damaged. Could not get that range picked up until October 23. Very disappointed with the quality of JennAir and the problems we had with delivery and pick up from Best Buy. This range was being delivered to a second home which was 300 miles away, which required multiple round trips to meet delivery and pick people. This caused a delay on my kitchen construction and backed up my contractor. I am still waiting a refund….$4,567.38. I am not pleased with the response from Best Buy. I should be compensated for my extra expenses.

    I would love to be able to write a review of my stove purchase, however, it is not scheduled for delivery until August 26. The stove was charged on my card two months ago even though I received an email that the charge was supposed to be on hold until the shipment was made. I went to the store but they couldn’t help and call go to a service call center in another country.

    Looks good but I haven’t use it yet as it was for a rental home. Not many choices for down draft oven. The installation was good. The installer was very helpful.

    I love it and scored a great deal as I got this as an open box even though brand new. the installers through BEST BUY (WELL THE INSTALL GUY) DID A FANTASTIC JOB!

    I am thrilled with my purchase of my JenAir stove. The delivery and installation were excellent, kind and efficient and kind. Took care of everything from taking off the truck to u packing and getting rid of all boxes etc. Pleased with my stove and service men who installed my beauty.

    Disappointed does not have features that my previous Jennair had and enjoyed. Downgrade, more expensive.

    I had an awful experience because the brand new oven does not work. It was a hassle to reschedule delivery and Im waiting for a brand new replacement! Im very disappointed in the customer service also

    Range looks nice. Range hooked up and plugged in. We were unable to turn off the interior oven light. The oven would not heat any higher than 125 degrees. Repair company said we needed a new control panel and heat probe.

    Worst experience purchasing an appliance in my life. No respect for the customers time. Delivery appointments not kept. Promises not kept. NO FOLLOW UP. No opportunity to rate or review customer services. Would never recommend anyone purchase an appliance from Best Buy.

    Replaced a 30 year old JennAir downdraft. The oven for this model takes considerably longer to heat up, and the SS body and black cooktop are difficult to keep clean looking. The price is also incredibly high. Would buy something else given the choice.
