Bought this unit to replace an older model Jenn Air dishwasher that stopped working and could not be repaired. So far we are very pleased with the unit performance. We are very pleased with how well the new dishwasher cleans and dries our dishes, Our old Jenn Air was excellent but this new unit does a much better job. I’d like to recognize the excellent job that Best Buy did in coordinating the delivery and installation of our new unit and the removal of the old unit. Everything went smoothly and the contractors from Lone Star Appliance Installation did an outstanding job. They were very professional, careful and showed an in-depth knowledge of the installation process and the Jenn Air dishwasher. Upon completion of the installation they provided an excellent explanation of all the features and made sure the unit was properly functioning. Highly recommended.

Our diswahser was delivered yesterday. After dinner, I decided to try it out. At first, I was stressed because I didn't think it was working. I coul not hear ANYTHING! I put my ear up to it, and barely heard anything, but I was pretty sure it was running...not positive. I decided to just let it run it's cycle and see what happened. The dishes were spotless!!!! This dishwasher replaced an older JennAir model that really did a good job, but was much louder. The only thing that I found was that the included instructions weren't absolutely clear on the function buttons and how to raise and lower the racks. I did find a UTube video to help with that. Also, the warranty is a photo registration. You have to scan a symbol on the warranty card and text it to JennAir. Then, they send you a link to complete the warranty information. On part of that warranty, it asks if the dishwasher was installed by certified JennAir installers. Since BestBuy provided the installers, I put "yes". Then it asked me for a 5 digit code that the installers gave me. My installers didn't give me any code. I have called BestBuy and am awaiting instructions for what I need to do to finish the warranty registration. I would suggest that you ask the installers for the code before they leave. My installers were 3rd party installers and came in a pickup truck with no company name on it. Also, when they called to tell me that they were almost here, the phone number did not show up on my phone and it said "No Caller ID". So I had no way of calling them back myself to request the code. Keeping my fingers crossed that I can complete the warranty.

Dishwasher is very nice, extremely quiet, and well thought out. The dishes come out vey clean as well. The installers broke the countertop taking out the old machine and we are still waiting to have it repaired after a month.
