THERE WERE NO REVIEWS WRITTEN ON THIS PRODUCT B-4 I PURCHASED IT. I WAS REALLY EXPECTING MORE OUT OF THE "JENSEN" BRAND. UNIT FUNCTIONALITY IS SLOW BUT OK. THE REMOTE CONTROL NEEDS A "MUTE" FUNCTION. SPEAKER WIRES ARE HARDWIRED TO THE BACK OF THE SPEAKERS IN STEAD OF CONNECTOR JACKS. THE SPEAKER WIRES ARE ONLY 3-FT LONG!! THIS REALLY SUCKS!! THE SOUND QUALITY IS LAME, EVEN WITH THE 5-POSIT "EQ" SETTINGS. THE SPEAKERS THEMSELVS ARE RATHER WEAK AND POOR, NOT SOMETHING I WOULD EXPECT FROM THE "JENSEN COMPANY". I DONT USE THEM. IN STEAD I USE SOME OLD SONY SRS-57 PORTABLE SPEAKS THAT ARE THE SIZE OF A THICK PAPERBACKED BOOK. Db OUTPUT IS JUST ANEMIC!!! IF YOU EVER GET THE COPS TO TELL YOU TO TURN THIS UNIT DOWN, THROW A PARTY!!! I BOUGHT THIS UNIT TO BOOST THE VOLUME OUTPUT FROM MY FLAT SCREEN TV AND IT WAS NOT AN IMPROVEMENT. IT NEEDS ABOUT 20 TO 30Db HIGHER OUTPUT. ONLY A PERSON WITH THE EARS OF A BAT COULD SAY THIS IS TOO LOUD. THIS IS WHAT I GET FOR BUYING ON-LINE INSTEAD OF LISTENING TO IT IN THE STORE. LOOKS LIKE I'M STUCK WITH IT NOW.

the turntable is perfect for my use. Everything was so easy to learn. The sound is perfect for my use. I thought I would have to have my cassettes made into CD's but with this unit I can play it all. Great price, great unit.

We were looking for a new music system to replace our outdated multi unit system. This unit does the trick. It has all the features we were looking for in a compact unit.

Works beautifully!! I am very pleased with the look, the quality of sound, and the ease with managing the controls of the Jensen - 10W RMS 3-Disc Music System - Black, are very satisfactory! I like the additional features, including the clock and the ease with navigating the control panel. A great purchase!

Has great sound for the price. Handles records at 33, 45,&78. Cassettes and CD’s play well. Easy to assemble and operate. Economical choice for listening to vintage (70’s, 80’s and 90’s) music that doesn’t require a lot of space.

Mom had an older version of this music system that she played all the various types of musical recordings...CDs, cassettes and albums. The sound stop working and there did not seem to be anyway to fix it. She literally wore it out! This newer version was on sale for Christmas for a great price and all her children and families went together to buy it for her. The speakers work great and there is one more speaker with this unit. The smaller sleek design is very nice and Mom loves having her stereo music playing again! You can hear it from any part of the house!

I was very pleased with the ease of the Bluetooth set up to allow me to use speakers for XM on my cell phone. I am very disappointed with the lack of ease with the CD playback. My former product had a 1 button push to begin playback. This one requires the power button to be pressed, then CD button and then several attempts pushing the Play button. Once I learned how to select replay, it did replay once. My previous product would replay 5 CD repeatedly until I shut down for the day. I use this product at work for calming music in a high stress job. This product requires me to press the play button several times per day during an 8-9 hour work day.

Bought this for my Dad because he still uses Cassettes. He wasn't happy with the sound but I thought it was overall good for the price.

A great disappointment. Very poor sound quality. We returned it and got a Sharp for less $.

Great sound from such a small sized system and at a great price.
