The reviews seemed favorable but I needed to form my own opinion. Fortunately, the positive reviews seemed to be right on the mark. Overall, for the money, a good purchase. I plan to purchase another for my summer residence.

All I want for Christmas

They were going to be Christmas gifts. The one below are not in any way similar to this one. This one out rank the others in size sound price and everything.

On portables this is a great one. If your looking for high end this is not for you. If you want a bookshelf style to play vinyl and a few extras with decent sound def buy....

I was impressed that it plays CD, Cassette and Records. He plays all 3 of these so it was perfect. Small enough to take on vacation too!

Meets expectation fr the price

This product met my expectation for a turntable and almost obsolete cassette player with the optional AM/FM Stereo and CD Player with CD/RW capability.
