It will not even play and I can not return it because the time ran out a day late it quit working a day after it expired one day after the dead line it was really a piece of junk can not believe this I always thought Jensen was a good name brand but this one was a dud

I think I was misled I paid for product and was told would be delivered by JANURARY 26TH THEN GOT A DELAYED NOTICE THEN A FEW WEEKS MORE WENT BY AND I GOT A NOTICE THE ITEM HAD BEEN CANCELLED - I THEN WAS TOLD I WOULD HAVE TO GO BACK TO STORE TO GET CREDIT FOR MY PURCHASE!!!! TERRIBEL EXPERIENCE - I ORDERED IT FROM ANOTHER SOURCE AND PAID LESS MONEY AND GOT IT IN 2 DAYS JUST AS PROMISED

It was junk straight out of the box. One must manually hold down the "play" button for it to do so. Tried to play a recording to a phone listener and the unit emitted strange sounds rendering the attempt a failure.

Junk. Head phone jack hums. Playback speed is way fast. I'm lucky it did not destroy my tape. I purchased this to copy cassette tapes to a digital voice recorder. Should not be selling such a defective product. Purchased 11/25/2019, but did not try to use it til 1.31.2020 and passed the return date.

Good product. I had been looking for something like this for a long time.

The only reason I bought this tape recorder was to save messages off of my digital answering machine. I tried to use it once, amd when I played the messages back to hear what it sounded like, I was disappointed to hear the poor quality sound with loud background noise. Perhaps it would work better if I was using it for other purposes, but I’m not happy using it for the purpose I bought it for.

I really like being able to play my old cassette tapes again. The quality on some of them are not so good though but it could just be because they are old.

Quite disappointed. Purchased for my little cousin that still has some of her favorite tapes and it just stopped playing after 3 months.

Bought for my wife to listen to old cassettes but had to return it

Piece of trash. Sound on cassettes very faint even at high volume setting.

All of my old cassette players were no longer functioning. Old tapes were just waiting to be played for my grandchildren. The price was right and it worked perfectly.

The tapes just drug and sounded warped. Will be returning it.

The spindle makes a noise when turning, so I have to return this item.

Had to return it . Speaker were damaged.thought of getting another one but changed my mind
