Very displeased AM doesn't work and FM barely. I have been trying to return it but there was no Invoice in the mailing envelope. Can I return it to my local store?

Was not very happy about has very limited tuning and horrible sound, not much volume at all. Just not a good product And certainly not worth it.it was not what I expected. I would like to exchange at store for a better quality radio and I will be glad to pay for the difference in price. I can't use this one, cannot hear it very good at all,
