    Drains the battery soon and after draining the battery cannot ride like normal cycle you will end up picking it or dragging it untill recharge.

    The tire blew out my son is 9 years old so it wasn't a weight issue only used it for 3weeks

    Very upset! Son road the bike for 3 days and one tire had to be completely replaced. We took it to a bike shop and they are still waiting for the replacement tire now ever 20 days! Son has been very upset he hasnt been about to ride it to school. I am torn if i would recommend it to someone.

    It was great bike until it wasn’t. I called 4 different bike repair shops to fix the back tire and they all refused. The only option I had was to return it.

    Do NOT buy Jetson!!! Bought 2 for Christmas. 4 months in, one stopped working. Been trying to work with Jetson to fix it under warranty. They have blatantly refused to fix it. Been going on for 4 weeks now. They claim to have "system maintenance" for 4 weeks so they cant file a warranty claim?! What?! Then, they claim to be out of stock so they cant mail me a new bike. I will now be contacting the BBB, CFPB, Attorney General and their corporate office. They DO NOT honor their warranty! Do some online research, I'm not the only one experiencing this.

    I really don't recommend it. I bought it in August for my son and a month ago the brakes stopped working and I haven't been able to repair it and I have no idea what to do.

    Its a nice product, but thought it was gonna be a little bit bigger. Seat is uncomfortable for short rides. I couldnt imagine taking it on a 20 mile ride

    I had returned this item and never opened it but it still charged me $67 with restocking fee.

    Wish I would have bought a different brand. This e-bike is junk. Will no longer start. Checked the battery and that is good. I want my money back or a replacement.

    Jetson did a really good job with this bike. I added some extra features. I bought a rear basket and front removal basket to carry stuff. I used this bike in Yosemite which was a hit with the family. I also use it to go to work. It is a really good bike for the price.

    It’s super good for transportation and not trying to buy any gasoline, but I bought it 4 months ago and the brakes just stopped working. I tried to fix it with a tutorial I found on YouTube and still didn’t work. Thanks, Jetson

    This thing is amazing. I'm having a blast with this ebike. Not only I get on time to work, I can go to the mall while saving from asking Uber rides, too. My only concern, is when you want to use the pedal to save power, it can get quite heavy cause of the pedal assist, so be mindful about that. Overall, a must have to travel at your local commute. 10/10

    I have had this bike for over a year now and I had no choice but to replace it because of the amount of times it decides to screw me up. It lasted a good 6 months after noticing many problems. I weigh around 165 and at a height of 5'10 and according to the description, it wouldn't have a problem withstanding someone like myself. But, the back tire was a pain and needed to be replaced. It says it can reach a 30 false mile radius. Also, it is the hardest thing ever to pedal after the bike dies usually 1-3 miles into the ride which is ridiculous. It reaches a speed of 10 mph not 15. Maybe I'm too big for this bike but this is my honest opinion on this disastrous bike. Thanks, Jetson :(

    I thought it was a really comfortable bike at easy ride but the battery life was not as long as I thought it was and it didn't last me as long so it wasn't really the range that it said it was
