Wish the seat lowered more than it does. There are still measurement marks visible under the seat which I wonder why if it doesn’t lower past half way. Also wish the battery was removable for easier charging. But those point won’t dissuade me from dating it 5 stars

Tire defect

Other reviews complained of same thing. If it breaks it can be a costly repair due to not being a normal tire.

Not bad for a starter bike

Fair milage and speed. It also comes with rear rack where you can place a bag for your stuff. It was also extremely easy to put together. Impressed!

Worthless

The ebike is only 9 months old. We have had to replace the rear inner tube twice already, even though he only rides on streets and sidewalks. But the real kicker now is that the battery dies whenever he rides uphill. Isn't that the whole point of an ebike? To make it easier to go uphill? Now this ebike has become worthless. I am within the warranty period, so Jetson recommended that we return the bike to Best Buy to do an exchange. However, Best Buy refuses to do the exchange since they do not sell ebikes in Hawaii any longer. But if Best Buy was willing enough to sell me the ebike here in Hawaii, I think they should be willing to replace it for me also! The store manager at Best Buy also refused to even give me store credit saying that it was "outside of their return policy". When I informed Jetson that Best Buy would not do the replacement, Jetson said that I cannot do the replacement directly with them either. Horrible customer service from both Jetson and Best Buy!

Not worth it.
