    It’s good making it 18 miles but won’t go up hills because of it’s power

      Jetson products can handle 15-degree inclines, but anything steeper than that can cause stress to the motor. The motor in an e-product has to work harder to traverse rough terrain, which will deplete the battery faster and lessen the amount of mileage you can cover in in a single charge. Hope this helps!

    i purchased it and found out the rear tire was flat. I was directed to contact Jetson which i did and found out the tire was defective. And it is impossible to replace it by yourself and needs to bring it repair shop. This is very frustrating and costing me money.

    Best Buy was great, but the pedal came off the bike and was very dangerous. The company Jetson could not be contact. So Thank you Best Buy!

    $87 restocking fee!!!!

    The bike was okay, the peddle assist is jumpy and when you turn off peddle assist the peddles are super heavy. The worst offender was Best Buy’s return policy where they charge an $87 restocking fee!!! I could understand $20, or even $40. Needless to say we will only be purchasing off Amazon from now on.

    Failed charging

    It is a fun bike. But the battery stop charging at the first charge. The charger showed green light, however, it charge nothing. It's so sad can't ride it anymore.

    Does not go 15-30 miles. Peddling this thing when it dies is impossible. It’s way too hard.

    Battery died in a year n a half. Always garage kept and charged with factory charger. Just shows a green light now and totally dead, very disappointed for what we spent. Would not recommend.

    This item did not last a week. When i called in the warranty the bike is no longer manufactured. They only offer a replacement thT is half rhe cost.

    My battery stopped charging. I’ve only had it for 7 months. I regret buying this. My kids loved it when we took it camping. Now it’s not working.
