DO NOY BUY! Total garbage!

I have gone through a replacement already and the new hoverkart that I received only lasted a few days. Customer service is terrible. It takes weeks to get them to actually acknowledge receiving the information you submitted multiple times. Amazing that Best Buy carries products from this company.

Fun while it works...
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this for my daughter for Christmas and she absolutely loved it... for about 3 months. It no longer works right. The seat sensor detects her hovering over it while she is getting on and if one of the handles is barely out of place, it will take off from underneath her. It will also take off as if the handle is being pushed down, while no one is on it. It doesn't steer right and will turn off at random times. Waste of $250. If I can update this review, I will add video.

Our Jetson Phantom is built to last way longer than 3 months. Rest assured that If your daughter is having issues, our team is available 7 days a week to help get her riding again. This includes providing troubleshooting and or repairs/ replacement devices under warranty. The issue described can most likely be solved with a reset. Much like computers and other electronics, our Jetson Phantom requires the occasional reset.
Please use these steps to recalibrate your Phantom:
1. Make sure the device is off and on a flat surface
2. Hold the power button in until you hear beeping and lights begin to flash.
3. Next restart your device to test before riding again.
*Keep in mind that you may need to recalibrate up to 3 times to fully reset the device.

One problem

It is really fun but, it did come with a problem. Whenever my son played with it outside it would keep turning on and off. Within a week, one of the sides stopped working entirely outside. But, indoors it does work perfectly fine.

Broke within the first month!

My son rode it 4 times and the seat back snapped (he is small!) and now the entire kart won’t charge fully. Huge waste of money and will never buy from this company again!

Lots of fun

It went together easily and is very sturdy. I only gave it 4 stars because it's prone to tip when turning if you're going to fast. It's much better than a hover board with a go-kart attachment. I highly recommend this. Even my 22 year old daughter has a blast on it. It's really fun for all ages.

Also the left side is more powerful than the right which could just be mine. It is fun, but too easily broken to pay 250 bucks for it.

Horrible Experience

Called and emailed company many times without success. Finally was able to get someone to call me back after I sent a threatening email. They were suppose to send the missing part, but that never happened

Sure I might be a tad over the recommended weight allowance, however this lil guy still churns out some decent speed for me to enjoy a quick tool around the block. Buy it and enjoy

I want a full refund!

The steering does not work and even after re-calibrating it several times all you can do is spin in circles or crash. I am extremely frustrated by the waste of money and will never purchase another product by Jetson.

Great toy, my son goes nutz on it.

Battery has great life and he learned how to drive it instantly. With the foot adjustment, he can use it for a few years.

We tried to reboot them but doesn’t work, kids are so sad!

Dangerous

Wrong Impression

It wasn’t what we thought it was. We were under the impression that the two parts could be removed from each other & used as one part of wanted. This was not the case. It was only one working piece. It was not what we wanted.
