Not horrible for the price. Gets the job done, but the night mode isn’t very different from regular mode. Biggest complaints, the hose does not attach easily and stay attached unless you use zips ties or something. The frame for the window requires a saw if your window is too small (personally don’t own a saw) and last, the dehumidifier works great, however the drainage hole is impossible to use with the siphon because it’s practically on the ground and the hose can’t face down to consistently drain, so you have to wait for it to overflow. It also leaks from random places if you lift it… that part is really cool. Oh and it has the bright led light that never ever ever goes off unless you unplug it. So I keep mine covered with a clothing object.

Got it on sale! Literally ordered it yesterday & received it today, talk about fast delivery! Came broken in the bottom, was too lazy too exchange it so I’m thuggin it out so far. The instructions on putting it together could’ve been better, but other than that imma rock with this 2 year warranty and pray it keeps my room cool. So far it is :)

This portable air conditioner is very good. It is very cool and easy to operate.

I bought two of these for bedrooms. They work great in the smaller room and good in the larger bedroom. Should have turned on in the larger room sooner to get desired effect. Best Buy shipped items right away. Came 3 days earlier than originally stated. Very happy with purchase.

It came out of the box broken (the movable vent slats one was broken) but I was desperate for air so I tried to use it anyways. It cooled for a day or two consistently but now it keeps switching from fan to cool for no reason every 15 to 30 minutes. So it’s not cooling the room anymore and it has to go back.

Works great in our family room t9 help the strain on our large central air system in this 106° Texas heat

Ordered online after speaking with a customer service person who was incredibly patient and helpful! It arrived sooner than expected. It is quite heavy, not sure if it’s in the 45 lb range as described or heavier. Assembly was a little frustrating due to the panels not fitting in my window and I had to saw off a piece of it which is not something I do regularly. Started with a razor knife but had to find a small hand saw which was better. I think it’s one of those cases where trying to fit it into the window is not easy but once I know the trick it will be easier, I hope. Attaching the hose at either end also was not easy and I’m not quite sure how well they are attached but it won’t be moving around much so should be fine. I’ve got it running and it is loud. 94db on lower fan setting, not the range they had listed. It is cool and seems like it will work for my space and is better than suffering through the 90 degree temps we’ve been having. I do realize it is on the cheaper end of what these are going for and so gave it 4 stars. Had I paid anymore than $200, I wouldn’t be happy. Given its price, you get what you pay for, I think it’s good. I hope to return and edit once I’ve had it running in some real hot weather as it’s cooled off here!

Good features. Works good. No more lifting in and out of window. Not a fan of changing out the bucket where the drain tube goes

Has low enough power draw for a non-dedicated branch circuit without tripping a breaker, and cools my home office.

Its loud and it needs a stand for better Performance. but other thank that its pretty good if you have a well insulated room

I like this air conditioner. It is exactly what I expected. It’s very nice. It works well. I just love love love it. I love Best Buy products and we can go nowhere else for my appliances. Electronics cell phones Best Buy is number one. Another thing I like about this merchandise I can transport this anywhere in my house. It’s on wheels. It’s the best. I love it.

I love that you can move the fans and have the air sblow straighg into you!!! Its smaller than expected but perfect!

I got this portable ac not long ago and noticed instantly how loud it is. A couple nights ago ive also noticed it keeps turning off and on, on its own… i cleaned the vent and all so im not sure whats happening…

This ac gets cold fast. It's a little bit noisy. Open out of luv about it and it' fits nicely in my room

The ac is working better then I thought keeps my room cool pretty good for small areas no complaints!
