Downgrade in fit, sealing and convenience. A little sweat from a workout and they fall out of your ears. ... I have large ears but the large does not fit or seal as well as my stock sony silicone. Exp. loss of bass.

If you have a very shallow ear canal they might be okay. They're a little too short and stiff to fit comfortably in my ears.
