The product itself works ok, but there are numerous other issues with them. One, you cannot use the left headphone without the right one at all (my husband and I used to share-now they are made not to work that way). Two, the charging case breaks easily and doesn't conveniently plug in. If you decide to buy a replacement case, they are NEVER available. So if you instead choose to buy a new pair and charge both sets with the new charging case, this is impossible - They change the model ever so slightly, so the next charging case does not work with the previous pair of headphones, rendering the old ones absolutely useless. Particularly considering the premium price, there should be far more interchangeability, ease of use, and improved customer service. JLAB is just trying to swindle you. Do not buy these. Choose another brand.

Their products are mediocre at best and it's true what they say, you get what you pay for. A few years ago when I first tried their headphones I didn't like them and I figured I would give them a shot again and unfortunately I was not surprised to find that their products are still of very bad quality. Just being honest. Go with the better brand. Sony, anker, hell even cheap Skullcandy headphones which are pretty much made to break is 10 times better than JLab can ever dream is being. I don't know who this J character is but his lab is a garbage operation were they make horrible products. I wouldn't recommend this to my worst enemy.
