You will see a lot of reviews stating flat sound and/or a lack of bass response. My initial thought was the same, until I tried the different ear pieces. The sound is very good when you find the correct piece for your ears. The touch pads can be a little finicky during a workout, but nothing terrible. The charging case is great with the integrated cable. Very much enjoy the auto on and shutdown. Would have gotten 5 stars but the touch pads need an update, and the volume would benefit from an extra click or two. A great investment overall!

Overall very happy with this purchase. They sound great, work well for phone calls and stay in place when working out. The only reason I give them 4 instead of 5 stars is the tap controls are erratic at times. While that could be due user error, at the price point I’d like them to be idiot proof :) Despite that one weak point, if you prefer over-the-ear style buds I think you’ll enjoy them.

This was my first experience with this brand. I purchased these earbuds as a replacement for my Beats Powerbeats2, which began to have Bluetooth connection issues. The sounds quality is good. The fit works for me. As for cons, I’ve experienced some volume controls (non responsive) and they have disconnected when calls come in. Overall, I am satisfied with these headphones.

I had this ear buds for 2 weeks (about 20 hrs). So far I am impressed with the features it offered and its on par on sound quality when compared to major brands. I used this extensively during my workout sessions. I primarily used it for outdoor running and it definitely passed the sweat test. I did rinse it under tap water to wash off sweat on the ear buds couple times. The controls are a little touchy and it is the same issue with all the ear buds I have, just have to get used to holding it on the sides. Most of the ear buds have to go through the burn-in hours to reach optimal performance levels and I haven't gone through that phase with these ear buds. Pairing was a breeze, you just have to hold the power button for 3 sec to power on the main ear bud (right) and 2 clicks on the power button to pair (should see a blue blinking light) it to your device. Make sure you hold the power button for 3 sec to pair the 2nd ear (left) bud. This was a little tricky as I had to read the manual to figure out how to connect the left ear bud. Holding the power off button for 3 secs will automatically turn off both the ear buds. There is a little bit of learning curve that you have to go through to effectively use the touch controls to place/end a call or use it to change music setting and it’s similar to the samsung ear buds that I currently own. Pros: Sound Quality: I am an audiophile and have several high end headsets. Am impressed with the sound quality and you can definitely feel the bass. Good performance on rate high on low midrange and mid range frequencies and would rate average on upper midrange frequencies. Didn’t have any issues making/answer calls with these ear buds and no complaints on the call quality. Noise sealing: Select the right gel tip to go on the ear buds to block off the noise. I had try all the gel tips to find the right one (double flange tips) that sealed off the noise. Charge: The case charged my ear buds about 6 times before I had to plug the charging case into the charger. The volume prompts (high, medium and low) tells how much charge is left on the ear buds. The ear buds will automatically power off and go into charging mode as soon as you place it in the charger case and the blinking blue lights on the charger case shows charging state. Also, the little charge cable on the case is detachable and use a long micro USB cable to charge the case, didn’t realize that until few days. You can also use the USB port on the charging case to charge your phone. The battery on the earbuds did last for several days (used 2 hr /day). Overall good earbuds and the only complain is that this earbuds doesn't have an app that would allow to customize the settings you want, on the touch controls or the ability to change the equalizer settings, etc. Also, I had few issues (twice so far) where the left ear bud wasn’t connected and had to power off and power on to get it paired with the right ear bud.

I bought these on sale for Christmas and they’re the best wireless buds I’ve ever used. They’re very comfortable and the battery last forever. I also love the charging case, it’d a little bigger than most and it also holds a charge.

I've been a big fan of jlab for several years now, starting with the original epic sport headphones. These things are the latest and greatest - great sound and long battery life, and really comfortable to wear for hours at a time. My only nit-pick is the tapping for the play/pause is a bit iffy...but since I use them at work, it could partly be due to the latex gloves I have to wear. Sometimes, when I double-tap to pause, it will instead increase volume. Or, it will take several double-taps to start playing again from a paused state. Also, sometimes they will start playing music as I'm putting them in my ears, no tapping involved. Like I said, minor nit-pick as far as I'm concerned. Even with that, I'd highly recommend them.

I bought these to use while riding my roadbike. I was really disappointed after the first couple of rides. The sound quality was awful. The wind noise overpowered the music. I tried a different set of tips with no improvement. After reading some reviews online, I discovered the cloud foam tips. WOW!!! What a huge difference. Not only did they stop the wind noise, the music is comparable to my Bose earbuds. Before you head back to the store to return these, try the cloud foam tips first.

I tried six different pair before finding these. These were the best of the six. Some a lot more money, some less. Occasionally the mic accidentally gets turned on, but that is my only complaint. Battery life is good and music quality is good. I wear these in the gym for 1.5 - 2 hours everyday. They don't fall out or get loose. I really like the memory foam type earbuds they come with as well. I would def recommend. The first pair I bought had a battery issue but Best Buy replaced them promptly and these have been great ever since,

These sync each time they are turned on. There are many options for the buds in how they fit in the ear and with what type and size of material. They really hold their charge for 8 hours while being used for music all day and any calls that are received or made. The aware of what is around you really works. There is like a mini mic that allows what is going on around you to be heard "in the background of what music or call you are listening to."

Bought these for my significant other after seeing a lot of positive reviews and doing a lot of research. They do hold up to being a great product for runs. They stay in your ear very well. Come with multiple tips for different sized ears and different comforts. The touch controls can sometimes be too sensitive but not that big of a deal. They stay in ear very well during lots of physical movement.

I've used these everyday for about two weeks now, they are very comfortable on my ears, no pulling, or constantly readjusting. I forgot I had an earbud on one ear for a moment when my music was turned off. The sound is not great but still good, they have no issues syncing, I did notice that once or twice they would just go silent, but it could have been issues with my phone. It's early in my purchase but so far I like them.

I bought these on sale. I kept thinking about getting the pixel buds. However this sold me with the ear hooks. Most squishy in ear headphones don't sit well in my ear despite the different sizes that come with them. Sound quality is good, not great. I love the aware feature so I can hear things around me. It does take getting used to when you pause music to talk to someone and hear your own voice slightly different. The way to controll them I tend to mess up on occasion or it doesn't always know I tapped 3 times and not 2. Overall I enjoy these.
