After trying it out multiple times in-store, the JLab Epic Mechanical keyboard feels the absolute best out of all of the other office keyboards. This is perfect for people who want to have a well-built keyboard and a great typing experience, but don't want any fancy RGB or anything labeled under the gaming keyboards. Loved it so much that I bought two for my parents and they love it.

Poor connectivity drags otherwise great keyboard

It has a great feel, but poor connectivity. The Bluetooth needs to reset each time it sits for 3+ minutes, meaning your first letters are not captured. It also fails to reconnect at log-in. This is annoying, but you can work around it. If you use the dongle, then it doesn't seem to have that problem. So it should just be advertised without bluetooth. It's a shame, because I really like the typing feel, backlight, and volume control.

The device seems to be a quality piece. However, I think the mfg. should have spent more effort "fleshing-out" the instructions; too much trial and error required.

    Mechanical Wireless Keyboard for Tying

Better for typing than most mechanical keyboards I tried. The keys have about the right kind of sensitivity so you don’t get a lot of erroneous characters as you type. Probably not sensitive enough for gamers. The keyboard backlighting is only in white light no colors or changing patterns or colors of light. I wish it came with an attached wrist pad. I’m having difficulties finding one that fits well. Most are too high. Ability to connect to 3 devices is a plus.

I really like this keyboard overall. The keys feel satisfying to type on and they are not too loud. I love that I can switch between devices easily, and the battery life has been solid so far. It took a little bit of time to set up at first, but once everything was paired it has worked great for work and everyday use.

Perfectly sleek- metallic keyboard. Been using it for months and ran into zero issues or connectivity issues. The turn dial is also a nice feature for quick media access. Very responsive.

    Good keyboard, terrible software

This is a pretty good wireless mechanical keyboard that is absolutely betrayed by terrible software. I went into Best Buy intending to buy the Logitech MX wireless mechanical keyboard, but I saw this on the shelf for a little less and decided to take a chance. The keyboard itself is pretty good. I'm not an expert on mechanical keyboards by any means, so as far as the type of switches it has is beyond me. It felt good to type on, and was moderately clicky without being annoying. Connectivity was fine. The keyboard, taken solely as a piece of hardware, was fine. Nothing special, but it did the job. Where the whole enterprise failed dramatically and the reason I returned it after just a few days was the software. Many of the basic functions you'd expect from any wireless keyboard, let alone a premium priced wireless mechanical keyboard, either didn't exist or were so cumbersome to set up/use they weren't worth the effort. I suppose if all you care about is basic keyboard functionality, it would be tolerable, but even that is not a certainty. It not only put me off of this keyboard, but all J-Lab products.

    Phenomenal Keyboard

Possibly rivaling a Thinkpad keyboard in terms of typeability, the fact that this keyboard is under $100 is pretty amazing. I'm a big proponent of ergonomic keyboards for typeability, so Thinkpad keyboards have always been undefeated in my book - until I tried this JLAB keyboard out. If I'm buying something I need to perform tasks with (I WFH most days), the better quality and performance of that tool is the selling point for me. This JLAB keyboard was well worth the trip to Best Buy and quit using the basic Dell laptop keyboard on my work computer. The keystrokes are crisp with great rebound, which makes writing emails and audit reports a fluid and pleasant experience. The best overall feature for me is the wide shape of the keys, so my fingers have purchase when typing. Pairing the BT connection to my work laptop was seamless and the customizable keys for Mac or Windows is a great feature for customizing the arrangement to my preference.

Nice keyboard. Keys are barely clicky, which may or may not be your preference. A bit pricey ->only four stars I cannot find in the manual what the WiFi key (next to BT connect keys) does.

Great Keyboard for a Professional Setting

Love this keyboard. Being an accountant I was looking for a professional, wireless, rechargeable, mechanical keyboard that could hold up to heavy use and this was the best option I could find. Build quality is good and heavy. Key clicks are slightly louder than I would like, but I have heavy fingers when I type which isn’t necessarily the keyboard’s fault. I do not regret the purchase.

Excellent keyboard. I bought this for my home office, but I'm thinking about getting another one for work. It's on the more expensive side for this brand, but the mechanic keys have a great feel, it has the option to connect via USB or Bluetooth, and customizable keys using the Work App. If you have a JLab mouse, you can pair the two devices to one USB receiver.

I love using the keyboard (was a gift) . It's mechanical, but ha the right amount of click to it. Only thing I dont like is the 1,2,3 keys they function like the home, end and insert, but I want to see it labeled (just me).

This keyboard has the feel of a mechanical keyboard, but considerably quieter than most of them. I use this keyboard on my work and personal computer, so being able to easily switch between the devices is wonderful. The lights on it aren't over the top either. I purchased this for $65 and found it to be well worth the price.
