JLab’s Epic Sport ANC 3 True Earbuds offer features that you expect to find in far more expensive devices. They are uniquely adapted for end users who are intensely active, with IP66 sweat proofing, a 52 hour battery life, an interval timer, and ear hooks to secure them in place. Because you shouldn’t have to give up on sound quality, the Epic’s can stream Hi-Res Audio (LDAC for Android; AAC for iOS) and Spatial Audio. They provide adjustable noise cancellation (On/Off/BeAware), and they invite customization via the new JLab App while employing a sophisticated hybrid dual driver. For convenience the Epics can connect to two devices simultaneously and there is a built-in USB-C charging cable or Wireless charging. It’s all here. JLAB APP and SETUP: Make sure you download the newest JLAB App. You will be directed to make the bluetooth connection which is fast and reliable. With the earbuds now connected, the App allows access to a page of adjustments. However, accessing these adjustments is a bit confusing. Despite all the indications (music playing) and Bluetooth connection, I couldn’t find the adjustments until I clicked on “ADD a Device” and hit the “+” sign. Now the adjustments appeared but so did a second Bluetooth device listing in my settings. It took awhile to sort this out. The Upgrade process was also a bit odd. I was offered a firmware upgrade, to which I agreed and it started . . . Until I placed the earbuds back into the case, whereupon the upgrade quickly failed. Not what I expected, as previous earbuds from other manufacturers required placing into the case. Not a big deal, but reliably finding the complete set of adjustments or an upgrade should not be a mystery. This odd behavior seems to be corrected a few startups later. There is another page in the App with Ambient Sounds, a Burn-in Tool, the Control Guide, and the Jlab Store Access. JLAB provides a small library of pre-made ambient sounds, presumably for restful periods or even efforts to fall asleep. The Burn-in Tool seems to be a response to the occasional professional reviews that suggest headphones, earbuds and speakers require a break-in period to sound their best. While this may be true, I disagree with JLAB’s implementation of this “solution” in earbuds. The instructions to remove the earbuds first and lower the sound to 50% are poorly emphasized, and the abrupt and harsh initiation of the loud sound is jarring, even at the suggested volume. Despite being safely in my hand, this may be the loudest sound I’ve ever heard from an earbud. Regardless of its merits, this burn-in feature seems ill-advised. When I attempted to interrupt the Burn-in process, which I believed I had successfully done, I was surprised by intermittent bursts of burn-in noise that persisted until I shut down both music and JLAB apps. As I mentioned earlier, this is not a good idea.

PERFORMANCE: Sound quality is very nice, crisp, with decent bass, and a remarkably natural sound easily approaching that of the best earbuds out there in the marketplace. For some female vocalists, I found the upper frequencies a bit hot, but there is that wonderful multichannel equalizer in the JLAB App that allows for whatever amount of sound contouring I feel I need. The bass performance was a different challenge. It requires a snug fit in the ear canal for optimal sound. Unfortunately, the very secure earhook became an obstacle for me. My ear anatomy and the fixed position ear loop are incompatible. The earhook ensures that I won’t lose the earbuds, but it also prevents a tight fit. As a result, I had to press on the lower edge of the earbud to achieve the ideal bass performance. My daughter had no such problem. Even without my assistance, the sound quality was still quite good, but I believe it could be even better. Keep in mind that your ears will be different from mine. Regardless, the JLabs were always comfortable to wear. Calls are handled quite well. I tested noise cancelling in my standard test room (the laundry room with both washing machine and dryer humming away) and during a home renovation with a handyman removing some tile and flooring. During the laundry room test, noise reduction was above average but it could be improved. The sharp noises of tile removal and chisel on concrete were only slightly reduced, but it was still very helpful allowing me to work in the same room. But, keep in mind, my earbud seal was not good. This will affect noise reduction and bass response. I found the on ear controls a bit fussy and not always predictable. Getting the results I wanted could be a bit random. I may need more training. SUMMARY: I like the JLAB EpicSport ANC3 earbuds for their accurate sound quality and wealth of adjustments and sound contouring options. JLAB has stuffed a lot of features into earbuds that are nicely priced. I would predict that some continuing fine tuning of the firmware will eliminate some of the rough edges I encountered during setup and using controls. For those users involved with all types of physical activities, these earbuds stay glued to your ears. My fit issues are unique to me, and you should try these for yourself. I can recommend with the caveats noted above.

While JLab is a lesser known manufacturer of audio products, the quality and price of these earbuds surpassed my expectations. Pros: - First, my favorite feature is a built in USB-C charging cord. It folds up into the case which keeps it protected from damage when in transit, and then folds out anytime you need to plug in to a laptop (or other device) and top off the charge. - I like the design of how these earbuds wrap around your ear and provide stability. For anyone that's lost earbuds down a vent or into a toilet, you'll appreciate this. There is no discomfort and you can be very active with these without worrying about them falling out. - The touch controls work perfectly and are easy to learn. I've used many other earbuds with touch controls that don't always function consistently so this is an important feature for folks that don't want to keep grabbing their phone to pause playback, take calls, adjust volume, etc. - Sound quality for both music and podcasts was very good. You can get better audio quality than this, but not at such an affordable price as these are listed at. Cons: - The packaging design could use some improvement. To get everything out of the box I had to basically tear it to shreds. - The extra ear tips that are included are loosely packaged and are at risk of getting lost very easily. Overall, these noise canceling earbuds are a great buy. I don't think I've seen any at such a good price point with all of the features that they have.

The amount of options of ear buds that are available is just getting better and better ... Jlab keeps stepping up their game by keeping their prices and providing consumers with options besides main stream labels. So setup was super easy. Download the android app follow the steps and I was in. The great thing is these earbuds can link to multiple devices. Love it. I have 2 phones 1 for work 1 for personal amd these flawlessly go between the 2. Makes being able to differentiate between work and personal. User interface is great. Super easy to use app. Super easy to use buttons and slide function on the earbuds. Sound is great. Noice cancelling is decent. Pass through or ambient is decent. Fit is good. Wrap around ear is enough but not too tight to where it causes cartilage soreness. Working out in them is good. Does not slip off even when super sweaty and bouncing around. Battery life is great. Case holds decent charge and the case also has its own USB c cord attached... YES! Also this is wireless charging. So different options to charge these earbuds. Size of case is slightly larger than the small earbuds due to wrap around design and the built in USB c and the wireless charging. Based on all the pros I would definitely recommend these earbuds for what it is advertised for.

These Jlab earbuds deliver a balanced and clean sound with a solid audio range. While they don’t particularly excel in any one area, the overall quality is satisfying and consistent. Features - The case has a sleek design, though it’s a bit bulky for smaller pockets. However, the built-in USB-C charging cord is a nice feature—extremely convenient for on-the-go charging. The earbuds themselves feature an over-ear hook design that locks them securely in place, making them nearly impossible to fall out. This is great for those who prioritize a secure fit, but the snug design creates an earplug-like effect, which might feel uncomfortable for some users. These earbuds also support wireless charging, and I was pleasantly surprised to find they work with my Anker MagSafe charging station. I was previously under the impression that this dock was only compatible with Apple products. Oddities - One quirky design choice is that the earbuds are reversed in the case—the right earbud fits in the left ear and vice versa. Even after regular use, this still trips me up every time. Other Issues - Unfortunately, I’ve encountered consistent connection problems with these earbuds. Using an iPhone 16 Pro Max, I experience frequent signal disruptions (every 5–10 minutes), even when my phone is close by and I’m inactive, such as listening in bed. Overall - The sound quality is solid, and the fit is exceptional if you need earbuds that absolutely won’t budge. The case’s built-in charging cable and wireless functionality are definite perks. However, the recurring connection issues and the earplug-like fit, which I find uncomfortable, have made my experience less enjoyable than I’d hoped.

I really needed a pair of earbuds that stayed on my head while exercising, and to be straight to the point these have been the best at that so far. Setup of these earbuds is super quick, select the size of earbud you want, install, then pair them with your bluetooth and off you go. For the purpose of JLabs calling them "Epic Sport" earbuds, I would definitely say that wearing these while using my treadmill and ellipitcal seemed to be on point. They never fell off nor did they feel like they wanted to. Pros / features: Boasts 52 hours of battery life (with charging case) (12+ hrs single playtime) 10mm driver + knowles balanced armature spatial & hires audio ~freq(20Hz-20kHz)/16 ohms bluetooth 5.3 (range about 30 feet) earbud charging time (< 2 hrs), case charge (<2 hrs) controls (touch/swipe) voice assistant compatible (siri/google[google fast pair]) Jlab app (eq, custom controls etc) Cons: in my opinion these earbuds sound pretty good, but i have personally heard better earbuds, the bass for me didnt feel that deep, maybe i just need to mess around with the eq more but i just didnt feel these sounded as good out of the box as i was expecting With that said though, the way these stay on your ears is really good (at least on my head) they fit snug and once in place did not want to fall off no matter what i was doing, stretching, running etc. Which is kind of what i was hoping for, as far as the audio sound goes; if i had to put the audio on a number of what i have heard being the best at 100 and the worst at 0 these would fall about 85 for everything i have listened to over the years. Overall these are some pretty good earbuds, with some good features and a pretty decent price point. I would recommend these to anyone looking for a good set of earbuds to workout with.

I’ve had the opportunity to own many pairs of headphones and earbuds. I have become partial to earbuds that have an ear-wrap piece to help keep them in better. The Jlab Epic ANC 3 buds fill the bill nicely, and I was excited to get them. Coming in a nice charging case with both a USB-C male and female connection – which was great thinking by Jlab – and provides the best flexibility for charging. Nice work. Combine that with the 68+ hour battery life and you have an incredible combination for travelling and workouts leveraging a once a week charge! That’s a first for all my earbuds! Sound quality is nearly as good as you can expect from such tiny devices, yet Jlab figured out a way to leverage a dual-driver solution to produce decent bass to crips highs. Quite a feat for these small devices. Active Noise Cancelling is also built in. Jlab calls is smart active noise cancelling that continually listens and learn to better identify sounds it should try to reduce. I assume the learning take a little time, but as of yet haven’t really noticed that is has been learning much. I can tell a difference when it is working though – so it’s another clever idea! Overall – I’m happy with these stay-put earbuds because there’s nothing more annoying that walking around or working out only having to stop frequently to adjust them – which doesn’t happen with these!

Some of the best earbuds out there get even better

The JLAB Epic Sport earbuds are my go-to earbuds and I was excited to try out the new Epic Sport ANC 3 to see what improvements have been made. Right off the bat there is a new design, they are a bit transparent and the part that goes inside your ear has a different look and feel as well as the whole earbud being slightly smaller. Overall putting the earbuds in my ears takes a few more seconds than the old ones but they do feel more secure once installed and the seal between my ear canal and the earbud does feel better than previous generations. They've added a new led battery light indicator to the case instead of the little dots they are now bigger led lines that are easier to see. They've also replaced the two-sided charging cable with a USB-C charging cable while also adding another USB-C port to use an external cable all while retaining the wireless charging on the case from the previous generation, so you have multiple options to charge the case. The sound on the Epic Sport ANC 3's is a great step up from the previous generations with the addition of the LDAC codec and the new larger speaker drivers these earbuds do sound better although not as loud as the older ones. Even though they aren't as loud as the previous ones the new version of their active noise canceling makes it so you don't really hear anything above what's coming through the earbuds and it works so well you don't really notice that they aren't as loud. The Epic Sport buds have been known to not have good microphones for voice calls and in this case, it remains about the same with the Epic Sport ANC 3's, they are slightly better than before but if you're doing any important calls then these aren't the earbuds for you. The touch controls have received a major uplift, and the touch area goes all the way up through the stem which is used for volume, and you can customize each press in the mobile JLAB app. In the app you can change various settings as well as update the firmware for the earbuds which I have already updated two times. Overall, I'm happy with the Epic Sport ANC 3's as they are my favorite earbuds and if they really improve the microphones in the next version, they could be competing for the best earbuds ever made!

I can no longer wear ear buds so I tend to gravitate towards either classic over the ear headphones or sportswear wrap around headphones. I did previously try Jlabs open-clip true wireless ear buds that clip over your lower ear lobe and they do tend to work ok, but my lobes are thick and I found after about 30-40 minutes, they were a bit too tight so I gave them to my wife who loves them and uses them every day for her workouts. When I saw what seemed to be a hybrid "opposite" version of that design and were made to slide over your top ear bud, I was excited to try them because I would like to have the freedom of earbuds without having to cram something in my ear to support them. Arriving in what now seems to be their signature blue box design, inside you will basically find the ear buds housed in a very nice charging clam shell case and a few different earbud tips to try if the stock installed models do not work for you. There is no USB-C charging cable, but what I love about the case is it has an integrated, short USB-C cable on the bottom that can snap away when not in use AND a USB-C charger port if you want to use your own cable for charging. To me, this is brilliant and perfect. Pairing them with my iPhone was easy as expected and off I went. First problem was trying to figure out how to put these things on, but once you get the hang of lowering the ear bud to your ear horizontally and then twisting to vertical, they go on fairly easy. Sound quality is good especially for the price. It's nothing that is going to be stellar and compared to some of the better earbuds I've listened to, they're a solid 7 but those other earbuds also cost twice as much if not more. They feel very sturdy and well made. Noise cancellation is just ok but unless you use completely over the ear headphones or earbuds that form a seal in your ear, there is only so much that ANC can do and these do as well as they can. If you take your hands and put pressure on them in your ear and form a more classic earbud seal, the ANC goes up a notch but then you would just wear traditional ear buds. I will continue to use them for working out as I have done for several days now outside listening to podcasts and some music. Even when moving a lot or jumping around they do not budge which is more than I can say for normal earbuds and that's a big plus in my book.

I love these earbuds, they are super comfortable, the noise canceling is perfect, the sound is clear and the person you are speaking with cannot hear normal background noise. The battery lasts long which is very important because I use my earbuds for hours either on the phone or listening to a book while I am working.

Been trying to find small enough, with good sound quality earbuds, but could not find ones that will stay put inside my ear canals while working out, finally found the ones with these! I don’t know what’s about my ear canals, maybe I sweat a lot or have some ear wax, but whatever earbuds I tried, none would stay put inside my ear canals and will eventually fall down while working out (they would stay just fine all day, but my problem was when working out, either running or lifting). I did not want to use headphones while working out either, that would be yucky while sweating and all that. These finally solved my problems, and I have been using them exclusively only while working out (after a while I tend to fell a small discomfort with these if I use them for a prolonged time, even trying all the sizes cups, but they are just fine for my workouts). They came neatly packed and I love how the charging USB cable is attached to the case and just flips out, so no losing it. Apart from that the case also charges wirelessly just fine too. Pairing them with my phone was super easy and they can work like that just fine, but I also recommend downloading their app, as you can further customize them to your pleasure. You can change EQ tunes, create a custom one etc. I love that you can just swipe on them to perform different functions too (like answering call, ending call, volume etc). Audio quality is great and volume is plenty. Sometimes when running they move inside my ear canal and some of the seal is lost and reduces the ANC effect (active noise cancelation). Maybe my weird ear canal shape or something but at least they don’t fall off to the ground while running, which is what I was looking for. A little nudge to tweak them back into place solves that issue. If you are looking for earbuds that stay in place on your ears while working out, I highly recommend them!

Sound is on par with other JLab products maybe a little better. Fitment is where the issue is with these headphones. Around the ear fitment is ok but comes loose frequently to the point where you are getting the full amount of sound. Ear plugs tips are also a little weird as they were either slightly too big or too small and never gave a snug fitment. The case for the earbuds is reversed which is slightly annoying but case is wireless charging which is great similar to the Beats Powerpro 2. At $100, the price point is great, but given some of the fitment issues especially when moving excessively, I would prefer the Jlab Jbuds Pods or the Jbuds Air Pro which retains the quality of sound, but stayed in my ear longer while withstanding more movement.

JLab has been around for several years offering budget friendly audio products. I have owned several JLab earbuds previously. And one of earbuds was the Sports earbuds. This Epic Sport ANC 3 is an update of their previous Sport model. Having the same form factor as the previous model there’s not much to discuss here. Again, the earbuds have hooks so that they’d stay put on your ears while doing workouts and they’d also be great using while on flights or long trips on a bus or train. Main noticeable difference though would be the built-in cable is now USB-C unlike the previous USB-A. Internally, JLab included active noise cancelling and and High Res Audio with LDAC codec. Note that LDAC is only supported with Android not iOS. On paper these would be nice and JLab boasts that it’s the best sounding earbuds they have (save arguably for the Epic ANC 4). However, that probably ends there. As I have paired and put on the Sport ANC 3 earbuds, I was extremely disappointed with the sound quality. Perhaps, it was due to the wrong size of the rubber earpieces. I am a large so I then changed to the largest earpieces and did notice a slight improvement. I then proceeded to press the earbuds harder to my ears but again there was minimal difference. I then installed the app and used the settings and quite frankly I am not impressed. The sound profile simply lacked the warmth you’d expect from a decent pair of earbuds. Even when using the equalizer function did not give satisfactory results. To be honest, my entry level Jlab sounded better though I wouldn’t expect trailblazing audio, but my previous Jlab were entry level earbuds. The Epic Sport ANC 3 is one of the premium earbuds. And it is anything but what is promised. I’d stick to other Jlabs.

    JLab Epic Sport ANC 3 - A Runner's Review

Jlab really delivered a great set of sport earbuds with the JLab Epic Sport ANC 3 True Wireless Earbuds. I'm a competitive long distance runner and I've had a few different sets of earbuds that I use on my runs. These earbuds delivered on fit, sound quality, and connectivity. *Build Quality/Design - The case and earbuds are made out of hard plastic but they both feel sturdy and solid. The earbuds fit perfectly in the case with no slack. There's a slick embossed logo on the outside of a polished matte finish. Jlab offers both a plug in USB-C and a charging port, very convenient. There are 3 sets of earbud tips to fit your ears. I highly recommend sizing up on the tips to make sure they fit your ear. I notice a distinct difference in bass output when the tips were too small. *Setup This was easy. I charged the case, paired with my phone, my computer, and my smartwatch without a hitch. My watch took a little longer to pair but I blame the watch. *Fit These buds go on the ear easily, fit snug, and I had no ear pain from the bud or the clip over my ear. The Epic Sport earbuds felt secure on my ear for a great fit. While running, I had no problems with the fit or earbuds slipping as I hit the pavement. Design and fit are well done. *Features: ANC, IP66 Waterproof, Wireless Charging Case, Touch Controls, Find with Tile *Software The JLab app is well done with 3 main categories: Devices, My JLab, and Settings. Device: The device screen is for switching between different JLab earbuds. I have the JLab mini earbuds too so this is where you can select your device. My JLab: Ambient Sounds is at the top of the page. I love what they do here. You can choose up to 9 ambient sounds which is great for studying, working, or winding down before sleeping. The cool part is you can choose multiple ambient sounds to play at the same time. For example, you might choose rain with birds singing, or the sound of a plane cabin or a fan (white noise.) There's a burn-in tool to break the headphones in, an illustrative control guide, and the JLab store. Once you click on the Epic Sport ANC 3 device you will see a menu with the following settings: Noise Control Mode - There are 3 modes here: ANC on, ANC off, and a pass through called "Be Aware" (Great for running so I can hear cars and noises around me) Interval Timer: For workouts. I don't really see a need for this unless you're working out, fairly basic Equalizer: This is solid. I prefer the JLab Signature, but there's 3 settings and then a custom setting you can dial in if you prefer. Touch Controls: A fully customizeable menu for each earbud and each type of tap, slide or long press. This is the most comprehensive setup I've seen. Spatial Audio: On/Off There's a music mode and movie mode. They both sound great to me. Movie mode has better dialogue. Safe Hearing: You can limit the decibels here. Last, there's a readout at the top for battery levels on Left, Right, and Case. You can listen to one earbud at a time if you have the need. Overall, I will say that their app is well done, full of options, and gives you the ability to customize any feature/setting/sound. *Specs/Performance - The sound is really impressive. I wasn't expecting to hear such definitive bass. Highs, Mids and Lows are all good. Music and movies both sound high quality. ANC works well and performs on par with most earbuds I've had. Battery life is about 15 hours on the earbuds and you get another 55 hours out of the case for a total of 70 hours. The only negative was an occasional drop in connectivity while running but I've had the same issues with other earbuds. Connectivity with my phone was much better so it was most likely the swinging arms that caused an occasional glitch. Make sure you use the right size ear tips to maximize the sound quality. Phone calls sound clear on both ends. *Conclusion I can't say enough good things about these earbuds. They tick every box. The design, fit, app, and sound quality are all great. Jlab delivered. I highly recommend these for any type of outdoor activity or indoors if you just prefer a more secure fit. I have a medium size head/ears and they fit perfectly. *Pros* *Definitive, deep bass *App is really impressive with endless options/customization *Sweatproof, Splashproof *Earbuds get loud *Equalizer *Needs Improvement/Suggestions/Cons* *Occasional slip in connectivity

Pleasantly surprised by the quality of these headphones. Come with a lot of good features, case has wireless charging as well as a built in usbc cord. The touch pad that you can slide your finger against to raise and lower volume is nice. The active noise canceling works reasonably well, blocking all but the loudest sounds at the gym. Not as good as the noise canceling Sony has but for about 1/3 the price it works well enough. The touch pads can be a bit finicky, often when double tapping to skip if it's too fast it only reads one tap and just paused. Mildly annoying but not a huge deal, just takes getting used to. My only real complaint is that the right ear bud sits in the left side of the case and the left earbud sits in the right side of the case. Which probably isn't a real complaint, it's just weird that they are the wrong side. Overall I would say they are a 7/10 set of earbuds but price point makes them a 10/10.

These earbuds have clear sound, strong bass, and effective noise canceling. They stay secure during workouts and the battery lasts a long time. Very happy with this purchase!

I already own a set of the Epic Lab Edition so when I saw this I was honestly curious as to why it was basically half the price for similar technology but a different form factor. Also I very much wish JLab would start to get more focused with their product lines and naming scheme because I was incredibly confused when I saw this as well as the "JBuds Sport ANC 4" except the 4's were technically older than the 3's, but then realize that the "logic" is that there's a... Separation between the "Sport" and the "Epic Sport" that's technically part of the "Epic" line, but technically the "Epic" line does not share similarities with previous "Epic" earbuds that also had the "Epic Air" and "Epic Air Sport". Apparently now the "Epic" include dual driver technology, except when it applies to the "Epic Work" and the other "Epic" peripherals like keyboards, mice and microphones. I know you don't ready these reviews JLab but please fix this. It's difficult to keep up with what any of the product line titles and what they are even supposed to mean when you meaninglessly slap them onto a bunch of other things that it basically seems like you closed your eyes and threw darts at sticky notes to come up with the names. Packaging is what you can expect, but what I didn't expect is how to charge this. It has three different ways to do it... For some reason. I'm honestly not complaining because it has wireless charging or wired charging two different ways; a usb port and a usb c male cable. Other than that it's a standard affair with extra ear tips but not as fancy as the other "Epic" buds. And not to mention just how incredibly large the charging case is. Yes it can technically fit in the palm of your hand, but you might as well be carrying a river stone in your pocket with the only upside being that is isn't as heavy as a rock. I understand that the size needed to be increased because of the hooks... But you aren't fitting this in a normal pocket. You either need cargo pants or toss them in your bag. Sound quality is actually quite great, however getting proper fit can be a bit tricky. With the Lab Edition buds you just have the buds and nothing else to position them however you want in your ears is whatever. With the Epic Sports and their ear hooks, the angle of attack can drastically affect the comfort of these and how they interact with the soft flesh of your ears. Sure the hooks are rubbery, but that doesn't mean much if they're persistently pressed against the protruding cartilage from your head. For the times that I could manage a good seal and comfortable enough fit, the sound is just great and on par with the Epic Labs. Plus you can always tune them in the JLab app and also alter the controls. I do greatly appreciate the swipe up or down to increase or lower volume which opens up other controls so you can play/pause, turn on/off anc and be aware mode and so on. I did not test the anc since it tends to give me a headache but I do enjoy the be aware setting. It isn't on par with Apple's tech but nothing else ever is, but it is serviceable in case you need to hear an announcement or a friend/coworker talking to you. I also read that trying to get LDAC is a bit of a pain, I personally have not been able to discern the difference because I don't use applications that fully take advantage of the higher bandwidth or whatever the advantage of LDAC is supposed to be. I just listen to music and videos through youtube and whatever these buds pump out is good enough for me. So at the end of the day? Wait for a sale, don't pay full price. Be wary of the size of the case and the "comfort" of the sporty ear hooks and these will work out just fine for you.

I bought these to replace a pair of Taybird Tarah earbuds, which have served me well for several years. The JLab Epic Sports earbuds stand out in these areas: excellent battery life, solid sound quality, and versatile charging options (both wired and wireless). They stay fairly secure in the ear, but I find myself adjusting them frequently—if they slip even slightly, the sound quality drops. I’ve tested all the included ear tips, so this might just be a matter of ear shape. My biggest gripe is that I haven’t been able to connect them to the JLab app to access custom EQ settings. That said, for $50 through a BestBuy daily deal, they perform well for sports and provide a reasonable value.
