I've owned the anc 1s, and 2s. These 3s are more comfortable, with better noise cancelling, and much better sound. Which is saying a lot cause the 1s and 2s sounded great. The case is much lighter and battery life has been amazing!

Great headphones that stay on your head while riding your bike or working in the office. Sounds quality is great.

During the workout, the sound is clear and super comfortable, recommended for the gym or if you're on the go during your daily routine.

For the price point these are a great buy. The noise canceling and “attention” modes are good and do the job. The sound quality is good and so is the comfort.

The Jlab EPIC Sport ANC 3 True Wireless earbuds come in a nice small package. You have 3 sets of earbud tips. These earbuds were at least half charged when I received them. Initially, I had issues connecting these to my phone via Bluetooth. I downloaded the Jlab app and there was an update for the earbuds. The Jlab earbuds worked much better after applying the update. The most recent firmware I see is v 2.9.8. After the update these pair to my phone much better. I had no more issues with connectivity. The app is very useful. There are noise control modes; an interval timer; Equalizer (I used the bass boost setting); touch controls modifications, spatial audio; auto play/pause sensors; music mode/movie mode; safe hearing and check for updates. It is worth your time to download and review/modify the settings in the app. I had no issues using the app. I registered the earbuds on the Jlab website. This gave an option for a free set of earbud tips. I selected the Cloud foam version. These were shipped promptly. These cloud foam earbud tips ended up being my favorite earbud tips. I used the earbuds for a telephone call. There were no issues making the call. I could hear the caller perfectly. The caller could hear me perfectly. I have had issues with connectivity with some earbuds. Especially when you try to connect them to more than one device. I connected these to multiple devices with no issues. The only issue I had with the Jlab earbuds was the fit. I tried all earbud tips including the cloud foam version. I could never get a tight fit no matter how much I tried. Please look at the earbuds for the correct orientation. There is an R for right and L for left on each earbud. This is the opposite of how they are stored in the case. The left earbud in the case goes into the right ear. The right earbud in the case goes into the left ear. If I hold the earbud in my ear, the sound is perfect. As they sit in the ear normally most of the bass is gone. I truly wish I could get a good fit. But with the hook they should not fall out at least. These are economical earbuds. You can spend a lot more. I do not expect much for any earbuds under $100. This would be perfect if I could get a good fit. Summary: For the price these are good earbuds. However, the fit is poor resulting in sound that is not great. There is basically no bass. Get the cloud foam earbud tips for a better fit. I would rate these 3 out of 5 stars for this reason. If the sound is not great, you may not use them very much. For under $100, they may be a good choice for you. Hopefully they fit your ears better than mine.

Comfortable earbuds that stay secure during sports and activity. Easy to use and hold a charge

I spend a great deal of time driving. I have used many different earbuds, but I have never found any that offer the most features and clarity of sound for both me and the person I am speaking to. I love the fact that I am notified well in advance that my earbuds are running out of power, which makes it way easier to change and not have downtime. Best I have ever used and hope they stay great for ever!

Comfortable, focused earphones. Don't fall put like earbuds. Good price.

I have bought a string of disappointing $30-40 sport earbuds; poor fit, fell off, so-so sound. When the last pair quit I decided to spend a bit more and see what I got for the money. What I got were JLab Epic Sport earbuds and I'm super glad I spent more. Great fit, great sound, not a chance these suckers are falling off running or working in the yard. Recommend!

Good quality. The battery lasts a long time and you can hear it very well. Especially liked the ANC features.

Sound quality of these earbuds is great. You can really distinguish between the voice and a instrument. They really pop out at you. They are also very comfortable and very secure in your ears. However, the noise cancellation is only fair

Sound is great, battery life Is really good, but the hooks are really tight around the ears that after a hour or so they really hurts the ears.

I've owned several pairs of jlabs products. 1st and 2nd gen anc epic sport/airsport and while this is a crisper sound, the amount of random clicks and sound cutting out randomly is infuriating. The sound is louder than previous series if you can keep the earbud from slipping. The charging case is much improved with wireless charging and the ability to plug into a c-port or plug a c type charger into the case.

This device is great overall. The sound quality from the dual drivers is great. The fit is secure, even for someone wearing glasses.

Easy to use. Sound great. Comfortable to wear. My old earbuds stopped working, and I needed new ones. I wear them for long morning walks with my dog.

I purchased these in the attempt to find earbuds that stay put better than others I have. So far I like them, its been 2 weeks since I purchased them. They do stay in my ears pretty well without feeling like they will fall out. My only issue is when being used for phone calls the person I am talking to states that the call isn't clear on their end and sounds muffled. I may decide to return them to my store after testing the phone calls a little more. I do like the JLab app features.
