When they arrived, the charger only worked once. I wasn't overly upset by this. I know their charger is finicky and was not too surprised that mine didn't work. What has made me most upset is that I have sent two emails to the support email line, submitted a warranty claim through the website and tried to call JLab during business hours. None of my emails or my warranty claim have elicited any response at all in over a week and no one picks up the phone. I spent more than 30 minutes on hold. If they would just replace the product I would happily go about my way. Because they won't respond at all I don't recommend this product.

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The lanyard material is stiff and not pliable, the actual ear buds are pointed forward at an acute angel, and the ear hooks do not want to cooperate. Within a few minutes the ear buds will pop out of the ear, or ear hooks will get pushed out of place. While wearing I am constantly aware and annoyed by the discomfort. It's also difficult to put them on gracefully, if you get a call and want to put them on, good luck. Lastly, there is a special magnetic charging cradle (vs. a standard USB micro or C port), this means you need to bring it along. With a standard USB micro or C, chances are you have one at home, one in car, and one at work, etc. Can't with this.
