    Save your money and don't purchase these earbuds. I loved them initially, but after just a month they have completely stopped working. I've charged them for hours and they will not turn on at all. Very disappointing.

    Wouldnt Charge

    I had purchased this as gift for someone out of country. After its initial charge drained out .it wouldnt charge at all. Was very disappointed with it Called online so that it can be returned if possible but they said that returns have to be done in store. Highly DIsappointed.

    Not worth the $$

    Bought this 2 months ago and the headphones will not turn on half the time. And the charger will no longer charge the headset all is does is cause the headset at the charge point to get extremely over heated. When it does come on it says half charge then turns off again.

    Did not like feel and the sound was sub par in my opinion. My cheap wireless non name brand feels and sounds way better at a fraction of the price.

    The JLAB Epic Sports Wireless Earbuds are a great earbud for activity. It has a wire that you can mold around your ear to help keep them in place. They have a great fit inside of the ear - very comfortable. The sound quality is great for music. The battery is rated to last 12 hours although I have never used them that long to see if it actually lasts that long. I have used them for a few hours a few different times with no issues at all. They were very easy to pair to the phone. They are easy to charge and a good value at $100.

    Tried all of the different wireless ones of this brand and it works for about a good solid 2wks maybe...the only one would work and then sound was too too low even with the volume turned all the way up, not good at all.

    Very disappointed in this purchase. Headphones would not hold charge and therefore only worked for the first few days after purchase (they arrived charged). Control buttons very small and difficult to push.

    These are very uncomfortable and the sound isn't very good. I had bought another set of jlab headphones and they were way better sounding and comfortable. I would not recommend these to anyone.

    Didnt sync w any of my many diff devices. I got them as a gift, unwrapped charged and tossed packaging (‘doh). My wife loved getting headphones she had to mess w for an hour to have not work.

    Very disappointed in the JLab quality. Purchased at $100 price point and never got to use them due to inability to hold charge. Then I lost the charging cord, which is unique to JLab product, unlike generic Micro USB.

    In less than 2-years the charger no longer works rendering these headphones useless.. Found multiple complaints all over the Internet. Messages to customer service unanswered.
