    Great earbuds(comfort/fit), sounds very good, even tells me 'battery's full' up front In a voice I can hear clear. However, I lost one of earbud covers right out of opening package as it was packed in too tight. As a result, I had to find a replacement earbud cover (it was fortunate, at an earlier time I purchased compatible ones on another site that I was able to use here).

    Sound quality is above average, excellent battery life and very good connection range. To me they are more than sweatproof, I used them in the shower and so far no really issues. To be fair, I did not douse them in drenching shower water but still they held up to the steam, moisture and occasionally light dousing of water. Comfortable fit along with the extra ear pieces.

    These fell out of my ear to much while I was working out. I was seeking something that would stay in my ears while I was working out. I ended up returning them.

    Not as easy to work with as I needed. Haven’t used them since I bought them. Tried to connect with my phone and was not able too

    Does not work or connect well to chromebook. Fragile wires, not fitting well and uncomfortable.

      These are compatible with all devices that support Bluetooth 5.0. If your laptop is a model that doesn't support Bluetooth 5.0 then these will not pair. -JLab Audio jlabaudio-conv

    Not good for smaller adult ears. Wont stay put. So forget about doing any sports with these.

      Hi there, in your product package you will find 3 different size tips, try out each and find the one that best fits.     The sound in one ear went out a few weeks after and the reciever couldnt hear me but I could hear them.

    They just ok. I used them twice at the gym and they never fit great. The sound is underwhelming. I went back to my JBLs.

    DO NOT waste your money on JLAB EPIC SPORT

    Purchased these from BestBuy June 13th. Stopped working 2 months later. I fully charge them and the're dead by the next day, WITHOUT USE! I'm past 45 days so BB won't take them back, just submitted a warranty claim with JLab, we'll see how that goes. Went on Amazon to read other reviews and this is VERY COMMON with these headphones. I should have done better research!

    Save your money and don’t buy these. The sound quality is ok, but they do not fit nicely in or on your ears. They are held on by flimsy wire that bends literally every time you move or turn your head. After a few uses, the wire will break and then you’re stuck. I bought these for $39.99 and wish I would have spent $10 to buy the JBL Bluetooth earbuds.

    I got these as a gift but they’re to much work for a blue tooth ear bud. Tapping or pressing to activate, pause or shut down. Installation sequence to make sure they fit and “lock in place” in my ear. Plus they’re uncomfortable to wear for more than an hour. Oh, and they’re a lot more expensive than cheaper alternatives.
