I have loved every product I have used from JLab. The sound these buds produce is great. I also love the accessory ear adapters that make them adjustable to almost any head/ear. The magnetic charging cable is a really nice change from needing to fidget around getting to a micro USB port. I sweat a lot during my work out and have shorted out many a "sweat proof" ear bud but these seem indestructible. A great value!

Fit is good, very easy to pair. They only seem to be able to connect to one device at a time. Not a deal breaker, but I prefer my headphones to be able to be connected to my iPhone and iPad when I’m working so I can switch between devices. After testing them for about a week, I began to get a “out of range” message when I clearly wasn’t out of range. I’m talking like holding my phone in my hand listening to music, then getting the message I was out of range. I liked them until that happened, and it’s happened several times now out of the blue. I like the custom fit of these and found them comfortable.

Great sound quality, durable. I was leery because I've never owned a product or known anyone that knew of the brand. But I'm extremely happy with the performance of my Jlabs!

I like the sound of these pods however I am frustrated trying to get a good fit. I listen to books and the spoken word is very clear.

It is small light and easy to use. It also has good battery life and clear audio. Phone calls work well too. Don’t expect deep base and you won’t be disappointed

I have had 4 sets of these earbuds, one for me and one for my son. These first two sets stopped charging in less than a year and they were replaced under warranty after spending time with phone calls, emails, filling out forms and shipping the product back to the company (pain in the rear having to make a special trip to the post office to ship). My second set also failed and the company must have had many problems because they had redesigned the charger and they sent me a new one, again under warranty and with lots of time invested in the process. Now the third set that I have had for about a year stopped charging and I am not under warranty so it will probably go in the trash. I am shopping for a replacement from a different company. This product, or at least its charger, is unreliable and poorly designed. It is hard to imagine that my experience with the product is unique so be careful not to place too much credence in the positive reviews. The product does work as designed, but not for very long.

Second set of JLab Audio ear headphones. These suck. Sound is fair, but they won't stay in your ear. I'm constantly having to push back in my ear.

These do *NOT* work with Siri. They also have a custom charger so once you lose it you won't be able to use the headphones anymore. The microphone also sits far away from your mouth and cannot effectively pick up your voice. Do not purchase

Broke after 2 months of moderate use, will no longer power up and connect to my phone. They were very uncomfortable in the ears and the sound wasn't that great. The battery life wan't that great either. Not recommended.

I liked them at first but they kept falling off. The the right ear bud stopped working in the middle of my work out. In the process of factory warranty exchange.
