JLab Epic Full-Size Wireless Bluetooth Optical Mouse is a premium mouse without a premium price. Having owned several ergonomic mice in the past, IMO this one is comparable to the other high end mice. You will receive in the box the JLab Epic Mouse, a USB dongle, and a charging cable. The setup was very simple. First I checked to make sure that the Epic Mouse was fully charged, then I chose to use the USB dongle connect. I simply plugged the dongle into the back of my desktop computer and it was ready to go. You may also chose to use the Bluetooth connect option which is also very simple. There is the JLab Work app if you want to program specific buttons to work your different applications. This mouse has the capabilitiy to connect with three different devices at the same time. It has a OLED screen that displays battery life, DPI settings and which connection that you are using. The Epic Mouse feels very good in my hand when using. I have a medium hand and it fits nicely. The scroll movement is very smooth and the clicks are silent. What I really love about the JLab Epic mouse is you don't have to worry about batteries! Highly recommend.

Very ergonomic and comfortable. Has useful extra buttons. Wish it had the ability to change scroll wheel from smooth to incremental (for lack of a better word). Also wish the buttons were less soft to click

I like it so far. I am hopeful that I will not end up with the same issue like I did the last time with Logitech not registering the clicks after using it for a year or more. Other than that, I shall say the mouse is pretty large for my large hands. But I like how it's broken down with multiple click buttons. It's super cool to know how much more battery remains so I can charge it via Type C cable. Overall, I am satisfied for now.

It's a really good mouse. Quiet, feels good on the hands, scrolls well, battery life is EXCELLENT (takes months before I need to recharge), and it even has a digital screen that informs you of the connection type, battery life, and whether you're connected or disconnected. The only con to this mouse is it's not useable over glass. I have a glass desk so to use this mouse I need a mousepad. It's not the end of the world but my previous mouse was able to work on glass and I really enjoyed that feature. But this con was not enough for me to return this mouse. This one does the job and the price is great for all the features you get.

For a nongaming mouse, the programmable buttons are really nice. The buttons are really quiet, perfet for school or offcie environments. My only complaint is that the wheel button can be pressed very easily and may be a deal breaker for some

Great mouse. Very comfortable and I like how it's customizable. I did have the right click button stop working for me randomly but I was able to return it to Best Buy and get a replacement. So far so good with the replacement!

The buttons are silent and programmble. The battery lasts a while and its comfy in hand. Im using one wireless dongle with the epic keyboard and this mouse. The digital display is a cool plus.

This mouse is quite clicking. I’m impressed. Never heard of this brand before but it feels that it is made with longevity in mind. It is rechargeable via a USB-C included cable that is about 1M in length or so. It has an OLED screen which you can see the status of the battery. It can be paired via Bluetooth or USB-A at 2.4Ghz. It comes with a software that you can download from their website and therefore you can customize each of its nine button functions. It’ll take sometime to get use to the extra button positions as they are not the most ideal but it will get the job done. So far it is working, make sure to buy the bestbuy protection for a few more bucks. Saves the hassle of going thru the manufacture warranty should anything fail. I recommend this product

I was skeptical at first due to price. Give its similarity to Logitech's mouse. But overall the mouse it efficient, batter last quite a long time and its easy to use. Perfect for switching between my pc and my macbook.

I've had this mouse for a little over a month now and it works GREAT. It's also quite comfortable - I like that I can program individual "buttons" for different frequent tasks... The charge seams to last at least a week, and that's using it for business. --- yeah, I'd definitely recommend this to family and friends.

I purchase the keyboard and then got this mouse, the clicking sound you can barely hear, it has a nice feel. It is easy to click and maneuver around. It also has different functions to program which as well is plus depending on the work you do. The DPI you can adjust depending to your liking. I highly recommend this product to anyone.

This mouse has lots of customization options. I work in Excel a lot so I have lots of shortcuts mapped to the additional buttons. It's perfect for my needs. Only taking away a star because it occasionally laggs after clicking. So if I'm selecting a range of cells in Excel I have to wait a second after releasing the left mouse button otherwise moving my mouse causes a different set of cells to be selected. A bit annoying but easy to overcome after enough use. The issue persists whether I'm on wireless mode or Bluetooth. I even have a USB extension cord that places the receiver right in front of of the mouse and still the same. Otherwise it is great for the price.

I originally wanted to purchase a Logitech mouse but didn’t want to spend that much on a mouse so I thought I would try this one. I have been pleasantly surprised! I have used my mouse at work Mon-Fri for the last 2 -2.5 months and it’s still on the original charge from when I took it out of its packaging! I have it connected to 2 different computers and am able to switch between the 2 with the push of a button. This mouse is definitely worth trying out. Especially if you get it on sale.

Great mouse. Love the feel of it. No batteries needed. Was able to use right out of box. There is a small screen to show battery life which definitely helps so you are not surprised when the charge dies. Love how my thumb rests on it too!

I didn't have super high expectations for this mouse, so maybe why it landed so nice. I needed something that could be used for gaming and general use that is comfortable. I am not a precision game player, so I can't speak to competitive first person shooters out there. But it does have plenty of assignable buttons if you are into RPGs, WoW and the like. Make sure to read the instructions because this mouse has a few different ways to connect and can be switched between computers as well. Feels solid vs others i have tried in the $50-125 range. This packs in a lot of features and quality feel that other brands sell for $100 and up!
