I had no issues with connectivity. The JLAB Work program that allows you to customize the buttons only works if you use the dongle, so, that sucks. My main gripe with the mouse is actually the top main buttons. If you look at the picture you'll see two extra buttons on top, which are welcome and customizable, but my issue is that means the left/right main buttons are shorter and therefore instead of my fingers resting on the middle of the buttons, they're actually resting on the top which makes clicking not as comfortable. Obviously this is a personal issue I guess with my hands, but it's the first time I've ever encountered the issue after using dozens of mice.

I especially enjoy the recharging feature.... so instead of having to buy and replace batteries, I can just plug into a USB port and recharge the unit. Highly recommended.

The Jlab app is nice (Mac user) and easy to use, and Jlab support is quick to respond. I did have issues using the mouse on Ubuntu, as Jlab does not have an app for Ubuntu yet.

PC switch is on the bottom of the mouse. Not a good decision. Many complain about this. I can't use flow so I need to manually switch.
