Left earbud audio/charging issues

Within 5 hours of use on BOTH pairs, the left ear bud audio starts to fade. I place them back into the case to charge. They don't charge. And they're really tight on the ears. And worst, when moving my head around at work, the button on them presses against my neck and then the volume goes up/down, skips the track or opens up Google. The sound is decent until they stop working.

Do they fit anyone's ear?! they do connect easily to any of my android devices (4) and ubuntu Linux, but not my windows computers (2)

Unfortunate Attempt at Budget Option

I’ve been wanting the Bose ones, but they’re way out of my price range so I was excited to see these. After using them all day, I can confidently say these are no good. Even at top volume I can hardly hear, even in my quiet apartment. Forget external noises like the dishwasher or being outside near a highway. Tried readjusting them over and over and no matter what angle I put them at, it sounds like I have cotton in my ears. They also start to hurt my ears after long wear. I don’t know if it’s just the way my ears are shaped and the speaker can’t get near the bone (if that’s how this technology works) or what, but these definitely don’t work for me and I would not recommend them to anyone. I’ll be trying the JVC ones next to see if those are any better.
