He has oddly shaped ear canals and the other ones just fall out. These have the things that wrap around the back of the ear holding them in place. They actually work great for him. They stay in place and we don't chance losing them. Sound is good but not great.

I went cheap, bought these, nothing but rergrets. Don’t buy these.
