Before that, the sound was fine for the price point. Guess I’ll have to toss these into the graveyard, since I’m beyond the point of return. Nobody should be dealing with customer service mere weeks after purchasing.

The one that does work seems to be fine and the battery lasts long, but they should not go out within a couple of months.
