AND enclosed in the case, they will randomly connect to my phone disrupting ability to answer calls or in the middle of a call.

The right side (which I use more often) doesn't always charge when device is on it side. The right headphone has also lost quality of sound is you can barely hear it anymore.

Broken product, not worth it

After initially working well the ear buds stated to connect to my phone while in the charging case (you can find these complaints on Reddit as well). Next the left ear bud decided not to charge or connect to the case and would not play any sound. Followed the steps to “reset” the device and no response. My expectations were low but after barely 2 months this are useless.
