Unfortunately, I didn’t keep the receipt so I can’t get a replacement without paying for a whole new pair. The built in USB cable in the case is a nice feature (too bad the earbud itself won’t charge).

While initially they worked great for about a week or two. One of the earbuds completely stopped working. I don't know if it was something I did or the thing was malfunctioning. But I even resorted to troubleshooting videos online to no avail.

When you put the headphones back in the case it doesn't disconnect from whatever you're listening to, you have to manually disconnect. It keeps searching to connect and then wears out the battery. I'm going to throw this headset in the trash and order another headset from Amazon.
