One ear bud broken in less than two month

I use it only during running 2-3 times a week. Already right ear bud is dead. Left ear bud is still working but cannot be used with hoodie on. This is a cheap headphone but I didn't expect it will break within 2 months. Wish I could return it

Same problem -- one of the ear buds fails. Went to the store expecting it would willingly exchange them. No luck, because i did not purchase a Best Buy protection plan. I’m not a fan of them not having a charging cord. Which left me with the only option to charge them in my car. You get what you pay for.

I'd recommend a gaming headset if you intend on playing video games, as our products are designed just for that use. As you can find low latency, longer battery life, Quick mute functions and a Boom mic to better project your voice online. It works for a few weeks, then the left earpiece malfunctions despite the earpieces being fully charged. The left earbud tells you “GoodBye” and you hear no music or sound prior to that Goodbye. Never buying again!

Buy a different brand

Best Buy replaced the set with a new set. I have had it for about 5 weeks, and 1 earphone has stopped working. Unfortunately, I am on an extended business trip, without the receipt .
