Great pair of ear buds especially considering the price. I had recently bought a different brand that just would not stay in my ears. The fit perfectly but they also sent me a different pair of foam pads that fit even better. The foam pads came as a free gift. I am not one that uses ear buds on a daily basis but I feel I could if I chose too. I would absolutely buy these again.

There is a definite tested solution when they show up as two devices and only one side works at a time. You must do this exactly to make them work again. Place both buds in the case. Now take them both out and put them back in the case. Now tap one bud 7 times while in the case. Wait 2 seconds and then tap the other bud 7 times while in the case. Take them both out and wait a few seconds then put them back in the case. Now take them out of the case and they will work. There is a YouTube video if you get stuck just type Jlab Go Air sport fix troubleshooting and you’ll find it. The key is not just tapping the individual buds 7 times but also taking them out and putting them back in the case twice at the beginning and end of pressing them 7 times one and then the other. I hope this helps someone I struggled with this but eventually got them working again and realize that you have to take them out and put them back in the case timing it correctly with the pressing the buds 7 times one and then the other. So don’t give up.

I think this is a great product!!! I like to run and bike ride so i prefer over the ear style of these head sets. They are comfortable and fit in my ears great!! The sound is clear, vibrant and i love the color. The charging cord is right on the back of the case too which is very convenient.

I love the color and they fit perfectly in position in my ear. I love the blinking lights it gives me. It stays charged for a long time also. Easy to connect and easy to store in my purse with its sleek case.

Nice pair of earbuds I like the clip on style this way they stay in place. I have the lime green which was interesting and unique. As for how they sound you really need to put in the custom size earbuds that are provided to gain a decent level of satisfaction when it comes to sound quality. I wouldn’t exactly call these high Fidelity but they’ll do the trick. I do like the charging case they seem to do a good job with charging each one of the earbuds. Also the controls on each side of the earbuds are pretty straightforward and it’s just a light capacitive touch on each of them to gain different functions. For instance I believe the right ear is volume up left ear is volume down. There are similar tap combinations that can be used for different functions which is real handy especially in a lower end earbuds like these. Of course these are water and sweat resistant so perfect for your workout. Pros: - fits well with some adjustment and using different size earbuds - Nice design nice case. Cons: - Have to use one of the three sized earbud tips to have decent sound quality otherwise they sound pretty tinny.

Simply the best. Gives the ability to change volume etc with commanding ease. Very good design and super to travel or exercise with.
