It muffles your voice and it's difficult to control and hard to carry on a conversation unless the other end of the conversation has a real good quiet environment. As for listening to music the sound quality and volume Pravda a lot to be desired. 1

The only real "issue" my daughter has with them is that they are not noise cancelling at all so on windy days (or loud spaces) it's really tough to hear what she's saying. This is the only reason why I wouldn't recommend them to anyone if you ever want to use them in a loud space or windy day. In the office, at the gym, are much better places (as long as you're not in front of a fan, for example).

I’ve had these about a month now and for the price, they are great. I use them when running, walking, or working out. They do not move around in my ears. They just stay put. I would definitely recommend them.
