I wore them while running and walking on the treadmill and while doing Zumba. I don't think the sound quality is absolutely the best, but I do think it's more than adequate, and an excellent value for the price.

The only negative is the sound is pretty much treble with virtually no bass or lows.

I use them when I need to not all the time. But they hold their charge. They don't fall off or out of my ears which is why I initially got them.

High Performance, extremely comfortable BT earbuds

I use them every day for my long bike rides. Their sound fidelity and bass response are amazing for such small buds. They drown out any traffic or wind noises. The batteries seem to last for weeks without recharge. I use them late at night when my wife wants to sleep, and I just have to catch a late movie with full movie sound. I especially like the over-the-ear style. Unlike in-the-ear-only earbuds, these are very comfortable and NEVER FALL OUT of the ear! And they connect to Bluetooth automatically on the TV or my phone.
