Does not have sound cancellation so even at highest volume I can still hear the loud music at the gym. Refer to manual or scan QR code for quick tap (such as skip track, etc). No issues pairing with IPhone 14 pro or iPhone 11. Quality is good for head phone and case. Easy to charge and small enough to fit in pocket. Would recommend.

Basic Headphones

At the gym, I could still hear things outside of music, so either the volume isn’t that good or the seals aren’t good enough. At home they sounded ok, but at the gym no. Went back and bought some wired Apple ones.
