Good for sleep, bad for walks

This might change the absorption properties. But I found when I went on a walk with these, all I could hear was my feet hitting the ground. Luckily that is not what I purchased these for. For sleep, these are perfect. The case charges them when I'm awake and they last the whole time until I fall asleep and then some.
