    The first pair I got, one of them was defective, so I got a new one and it seems to be fine, only the future will tell. The manufacturer guaranty is for 2 years.

    These held a great charge. Fit in my ears well and had different sizes for different sized ear lobes. However, I took them back yesterday for a refund. The sound was awful. Static. Also, extremely difficult to push the right buttons to increase/decrease volume, etc. Save your money and save up for something else. FYI-first time I’ve ever given Best Buy a bad review.
