They can fall out the case if you are not extra carefull. I have small ears and makes it a bit difficult to keep inside with out having to fall out. Sound is good

Bought for my mom and she had a little trouble getting them out due to her arthritis. She loves the earbuds themselves. They were easy to pair and have great sound. She loves them. I traded my case so she could get them out easier.

The pairing process has it's challenges (JLab should consider a re-write) but overall the earbuds work very well. You can use them together or separate depending on your needs. Very happy with the purchase.
