The base model for 25 doesn't have these, so its a big win. My only complaint is that with an exposed case it gets ffull of lint

Left side doesn't hold a charge as well as the right side now for some reason, probably battery degradation. Still, they work great and I use them often at work. I like these on the "balanced" sound mode, which Im assuming is what the drivers truly sound like with no EQ, and they sound great. They have a mild "scooped" tonal balance with elevated bass and treble but the midrange doesnt get drowned out which is nice. The other EQ settings seem to be way too exaggerated tonally and do not sound as good. I find they sound best with a set of trimmed Comply foam tips. Wouldnt hesitate to get another set, I've even given several of these out as gifts and my friends, family love them. Just a great value all around.

I like the comfort they are small don't fall out easily. The two things i don't like are the touch controls are weird and you can't change songs by tapping them like other wireless headphones and the charging case doesn't always turn them off when you put them in unless the case is charged when not charged it won't turn them off and they stay consistently on.

Posted .Hi Reyna, you can track forward a song by pressing and holding the right bud for one second but you are correct the earbuds will automatically turn off when returned to the case. If the case does not have a charge, then it's not able to turn them off. You can charge the case or manually turn off each earbud by disconnecting them from Bluetooth (and they will auto shut off in 3 minutes). -JLab Audio

My only issue is that these are not made for small ears, which I have. Yes, they have different in-ear tip sizes, it doesn't change the fact that the body of the headphones is too big for my ears. Because of this, I do have issues with it falling out.
