They're good earphones. The only problem with them is the touch sensitivity. It is too sensitive. Even when you're adjusting them into your ear, it clicks a button. It was a little annoying but if that's what you're looking for I recommend these.

These suck! They won’t stay in my ear. I have tried 10 different cushions to get them to stay with no luck. The tapping to control volume never works. Bad purchase. I will be looking for some new ones.

Good value, but wish they had on off buttons on them.

The earbuds seem to be good quality and sound. Easy to figure out the meaning of the different lights based on the amount of charge. Only complaint is how short the charging cord is on the case, but it's​light enough to dangle from a charging brick plugged into a wall outlet.

I bought these on sale and based on other reviews. I found they were not loud enough when mowing the lawn, would not stay in my ears, and the usb charger would not work.

I bought these for my son and so far so good. Fits well with the smallest ear tips.

These are great super light earplugs, super comfortable and very easy to set up. The only downside for me is the bass, these are not very good and I understand, they are so practical that the deeper sounds were sacrificed a little.

We bought these for my son with gift money from his grandmother and he loves them! He uses them with all of his mobile devices and continually brags about them to anyone that will listen! Absolutely awesome product!

Bought for my grandson's birthday. He said one has never worked. Needing to exchange, with the covid-19, haven't had a chance. I think this would be wonderful if we can get a working pair. They looked very cool. Not sure how to rate anything until I get this taken care of.

Great quality, 6 months later still works perfectly. It connects automatically, I use it with my phone at the gym, I sweat a lot and they've never slipped out. I use it with my laptop (online classes) and the sound and mic work great too.

Tbh the voice is good and its not muffled so decent, and charging lasts decent as well

Sorry but I did not think must of the JLab Audio wireless Earbuds. I never could get the left earbud to come on. Even after trying for what seems like all day. I even took them back to the store for help and was told to fill out a ticket for repair.

They work well. They are not too comfortable if you wear for long period of time.

The earbuds stopped working on the 16th day after the purchase. One day after Best Buy's new return policy date. I contacted the manufacturer. They want me to destroy earbuds and a charger, send them a picture as proof of destruction, and after that, I will receive some sort of voucher. This is NOT a joke. I am looking for the hammer and a safe place to destroy the earbuds and the charger. Good buy my earbuds, you served me well for two weeks. Stay tuned...

I bought these for my daughter who wanted to try wireless buds but she didn't think they would stay in her ear, so I claimed them. I love them! No problems with them staying in my ear. The sound isn't crystal clear but its good enough, especially for the price. I like!!
