The app makes it way better with similar features to JBL earbuds that I'm used to. Will easily recommend to customers who are looking for a cheep airpod alternative. Can get uncomfortable after long-term wearing. Ear wax builds up quickly with these and I needed to swap the tips to better fit my ears
