Poor audio quality, clients can't hear you when you speak or it sounds like you are talking in a tunnel or underwater. C Very disappointing since I own other JLABS product.

Light headphones with a boom mike for work or play

If you're looking for an inexpensive set of wireless headphones that can be used for work and entertainment, these just might be the set. JLab makes a full range of headphones and earbuds, so if this particular set doesn't meet your needs, check out their other models. I prefer headphones to earbuds, I don't really have any preference if the headphones are over-ear or on-ear. These happen to be on-ear and are pretty light and comfortable to wear for a long period of time. One semi-complaint is that there isn't padding on the headstrap. Since I don't have any hair on top of my head, headphones with a padded strap are a preference for me. These aren't too bad though, since they're so light and there is a thin strip of rubberized material on the headstrap so that your head isn't on metal. There is no dedicated left or right for this set, the boom mike rotates to either side, so you can have the mike on whichever side you want (or lift it up so it's out of the way if you're not using it). This headset connects to your devices with Bluetooth. I was able to pretty easily connect with several devices, including Android phones, a Smart TV, a Windows desktop and a couple of Windows laptops. The only device that had any issues was the Windows desktop. Once connected to the desktop, if I moved around or even moved my head, the sound was interrupted. Since this only happened with one device, it likely was an issue with the desktop's Bluetooth. All the other devices had good sound even when across the room from the device. This headset would benefit from more buttons, but since it's a small set, I can understand why they opted not to. The Power button turns the set on and off, answers/rejects calls, plays/pauses music, contacts Siri or Google and connects via Bluetooth. The length or number of presses of the Power button is what decides what you're doing, which can be confusing. I think most people would opt to control most things from their device rather than the headphones. Using the headphones and boom mike for phone calls is easy once paired with your phone. The calls sound clear and I was told by people I spoke with that my voice was clear as well. Charging is done with an included USB-C to legacy USB cable. Once charged, the headphones hold a charge for a long time, since I used it for a lot of music listening and TV watching and was only down to 80 percent.

Bluetooth Multipoint: Hassle-Free Connectivity to My Devices Ever since I started using the JLab Pop Work On-Ear Wireless Headset, connecting to my PC for meetings has been a breeze. Thanks to the Bluetooth Multipoint technology, I effortlessly transition between my mobile and PC without meddling with any settings. Lab Quality Sound: Exceptional Audio Clarity during Meetings. The Lab Quality Sound feature is genuinely outstanding. With the Voice EQ mode, my meetings are crystal clear as it accentuates voices by emphasizing mid and high frequencies. And when I occasionally take a break to listen to music, the Music mode ensures a rich sound experience. Clear Calls: Using this headset has drastically improved the clarity of my voice during meetings. The rotating boom mic combined with the noise-canceling MEMS microphone ensures I'm heard clearly, without the disturbances of ambient noises. All-week Playtime and Comfort: The headset is perfect for long meetings. With over 50 hours of playtime on a single charge, the headset is incredible. Not having to charge the headset multiple times during the week is such a relief. Additionally, the Cloud Foam earcups are incredibly comfortable. Even after back-to-back meetings, my ears do not feel fatigued. Total Control: The multi-functional buttons on the headset are exceptionally intuitive. I have complete control, from adjusting volume to switching between Work or Music mode, making the user experience seamless. Design and Build: Modern, Sleek, and Functional The on-ear design combined with an adjustable headband ensures a snug fit, and I genuinely appreciate the foldable design for when I am on the move. The black color adds a touch of sophistication to my work setup. Efficient Charging: A mere 2.5 hours to charge fully. It comes with a charging cable.

These on the ear headphones sound too good to only use for work. I wear in the ear hearing aids in both ears, so I was pleased to find that these headphones work well with them. These JLab headphones fit comfortably with or without my hearing aids inserted. However, the midrange and treble frequencies sound better with aids in but bass sounds much better with aids out - that seems too be a limitation of my hearing aids. Thankfully, I can turn up the volume high enough that music sounds good without those hearing aids inserted. The foam ear pads and metal headband keep these headphones light and comfortable for long hours of use. Getting the headphones connected to Bluetooth source couldn't be easier - just follow the directions. I have not used the attached microphone which can be easily rotated out of the way. These headphones come come with a charging cable (USB to USB-C). For you larger headed folks, these phones can easily expand to fit. Overall, I am quite pleased with these headphones - they are even attractive to look at.

These make great headphones for video conference calls and making calls from your PC. They have a real nice professional look to them, they are inexpensive, sound great and fit pretty well. I don't wear them constantly all day, only as needed during calls, so I can't comment if they feel great for all day use. Blue tooth connection was great and had zero issues. Had no complaint's about my speech or background noise. Music wasn't great but I didn't expect to have anything exceptional on that end of it. The battery lasts all day. It charges with USB-C cable which is fantastic. Has a great high end look to it. Speech is very clear and crisp.

This is a great basic headset for someone who isn't on the phone for eight hour long shifts. If you want something reliable that won't break the bank for quick calls then you can't go wrong. This is fairly comfortable and the material on the ear pieces was a lot higher quality than I expected. I don't love the metal bar for the headband portion but it gets the job done. Sound quality is decent and the volume is as well. It doesn't do a ton to block out background noise but voices are clear so if you don't need noise cancelling this would be a good option. The most impressive thing about this headset is the battery life. Easily lasts a week if not longer with moderate use. This charges quickly too if you do forget to charge it. This was easy to setup and connect like most things from this brand. I didn't test with music or anything but with how calls sound I think you could easily use this for both as I listened to prerecorded meetings with music in the background and had no complaints.

This is another solid option from JLab for a productivity style headset. With a 50+ hour battery life you'll get more than enough for a week of work between charges and it should almost always be ready to go. The headset connects through bluetooth but also comes with a USB-C charging cable and a 3.5mm cable in case you need to adapt and be wired. The range of the headset is pretty good for those moments where you need to step away from your workstation but continue to listen. Sound quality is quite good, but don't expect premium tier quality if you listen to music or anything with this headset. The microphone picks up just the voice and does a decent job of filtering out background noise. On that note, the headset itself is quite good at cancelling out noise around you to focus on that PowerPoint your coworker is sharing with you as well. All around, this is definitely a headset I would recommend for work use whether you are in a busy cubicle filled office or working from home. Great value on the price as well.

Unsure how this has any negative reviews. I work from home with two babies and three dogs who are not exactly quiet all day, no one can ever hear any of them in the background when I have this bad boy on. It’s comfortable and such a cute color (teal). People seem to hear me too, no one ever says they can’t. Never had a wireless headset before, and I am extremely impressed. If I were the boss, I would purchase a pair of these for everyone. Two thumbs up

With the sea change into zoom/teams/etc, we have all had to learn what works for us. I find that I prefer not to have things on my ears, but sometimes my environment isn’t conducive to that. Also as someone who is neurodivergent, I can tell you that lag from a headset is a terrible experience for me. I appreciate that this headset can be wired or wireless. The Bluetooth connected up easily enough, but the lag makes it almost unusable for calls, as I often find myself accidentally interrupting or talking over others. This won’t cut it for long term use. Wired is a different story however, and it does help to have a full headset for louder environments. The ear pads and construction of this headset are on the budget side, although the ear pads themselves are not uncomfortable. I personally don't care for the 90s Walkman exposed metal vibe, but it might work for others well enough. I find after testing these I would prefer to use a speakerphone or a nicer/less laggy pair of wireless ones, rather than have myself tethered by thin and somewhat short headphone cables.

I’m trying out the Jlab Go Work Pop wireless on-ear headset. Overall I have mixed impressions. I have other JLab headsets that I have used a lot, and these don’t stand up to the others. First, I’ll talk about the features. The headphones have a metal strap connecting the 2 ear pieces. A microphone is mounted on the right ear piece. In addition to the microphone, the right ear piece also has 3 buttons, the power on/off button and volume up and down buttons. There is also a USB-C charging port and an LED status indicator. The ear pieces turn left and right but up and down can only be done by adjusting the headstrap. The buttons can be used in combination with each other, or pressed multiple times, or held for periods of time. This give you the ability to increase/decrease volume, track forward, track backward, power on/off, play/pause/answer/hangup calls, reject calls, activate Siri or “Ok Google”, pair the Bluetooth and switch the EQ between Voice and Music. You will want to keep the manual handy for a while so you can remember how to do each of the functions. Unfortunately, these headphones have a number of issues. The first issue is the covering on the earpieces. While I would expect them to be soft foam, the foam is rather stiff and uncomfortable. The steel headband is nice and lightweight, but also not very comfortable on the head. The microphone rotates over 180 degrees so it can be on the right side or left. When used on the left, the stereo sound is backwards. It’s not a huge issue, but something to take into consideration. Another issue is the lack of a mute option on the microphone. My final issue is the sound quality. People commented that the microphone gave kind of a mechanical effect to my voice. This is likely due to the noise cancelling on the microphone. The sound itself, isn’t very good, even for an inexpensive set of headphones like these. The sound is very muddy. There is very little treble and the bass isn’t clear. As much as I like some of my other JLab headphones, I can’t recommend these. They have too many drawbacks that a headphone for just $10 more doesn’t have.

I needed to find a headset with a microphone to see if I could fix an issue where people couldn't hear me in online meetings. These were a great solution to the problem. Bluetooth at corded prices. The only drawback is they only allow one connection at a time. I am looking at an earbud version from the same manufacturer.
