I wanted to go wireless due to my work headset always getting tangled. I was skeptical due to the price buy i do have some jlab ear buds that I love. I am very happy with this headset , supe comfortably, the distance i can travel from my desk surprised me, and super clear. I recommend these

I’ve bought about 3 different headsets for PC (work) and these turned out to be the best even though they are the cheapest. If you want for work these are the best option with the best PC connectivity hands down. The other ones might be better for PS5 and Xbox but terrible connection issues with PC for work. I strongly believe the usb connection adapter has a big part to play which the others did not have. I like the nice foamy ear pads and nice battery life. I work 8-10 hours without any plug in to charge. Just wish a plastic stand would have been provided to place them.

I really wanted to like these, but they fell short in the most important areas: comfort and sound. These are marketed as over-ear headphones, but the cups are too small and sit on top of the ears instead of around them. The padding feels soft and squishy, but that doesn’t prevent soreness after less than an hour. If you’re sensitive to pressure on your ears like I am, this will be a dealbreaker. Sound quality is just “okay.” Voices are clear enough for calls, but music lacks depth — very flat, with weak bass. I expected more for the price, even in a work headset. There are some nice features too. Battery life is reliable, and Bluetooth connection is stable. I liked being able to connect two devices at once — if I played something on one, the other would pause automatically. The red light on the mic when muted was also a helpful touch. If you only need a budget headset for calls, these will get the job done. But if you care about comfort or music listening, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

The JLab GO Work headset is super easy to use and sounds great for both music and calls. Love that you can switch between wireless and wired anytime. It’s comfy enough to wear all day, and the battery lasts forever. Overall, a solid, affordable headset that just gets the job done.

Long battery life and comfortable and great sound quality

Love them but the mute doesn’t always work :( They are very comfortable!

Wireless Bluetooth headset, I work from home and when I paired this with a Bluetooth adapter for my pc I became unchained to my desk for 8 hours a day, I can roam freely. Charge it every night after my shift because if it says battery medium the customers complain about not being able to hear me. I AM HAPPY, BE SURE TO GET A BLUETOOTH ADAPTER FOR YOUR PC IF IT IS NOT ALREADY BLUETOOTH CAPAPBLE.MOST WORK COMPUTERS ARE NOT. 10 STARS. Best part is the mic lights up when you hit the manual mute button.

The JLab wireless headset purchased from BestBuy are the perfect starter in the business. Very well build, and sound proof, comfortable and light makes your day to day calls easy peasy.

Very easy to use. Blue blinking light let's you know the headset is in. The mute button is important to me. There are 2 ways to mute the headset. You can press the middle of the headset and the mic will be red or adjust the mic in the upright postion until you hear a click to mute headset.....GREAT BUY!

I use these everyday for work and they are great. For the price and the quality I’ma happy customer. Battery life will legit last an entire work week. My only complaint is it randomly disconnects if you have multiple devices in the area that have it saved as a Bluetooth device

Great quality, less noice, clear hearing and no static, crystal clear, love the mute button, just have to remember to unmute when you start back speaking, lol

I love this headset. It’s total noise cancelling. I tested it by having a coworker sing while talking to a friend, she didn’t hear her at all! Sound is super clear as well. I’ve already recommended to many friends

Great design, great features, great headset but the microphone is too basic for my job. I'm an interpreter and my voice should be clean. I could reccomend these for other purposes, not for working.

I love the fact that I can connect to my phone and laptop at the same time. Still learning how to use them to my best advantage, but as it stands right now, "They are awesome!".

I am very happy with my purchase. The sound is super clean clear and the quality of the headphones are in par with the most expensive ones outside. I would purchase this again given the choice.

Exactly what I was looking for a long time. This my second one as part of the headphones plastic sides was broken. Excellent voice and clarity plus noise reduction

none expensive item and it works perfectly. To tell you the truth i had a more expensive one before and didn’t sound as clear

I really enjoyed these headphones. They are comfortable and easy to install. However, its been 2 months and they are broken from both sides. I will need to crazy glue them to stay on. Its just been used for work purposes which its normal use and they are broken and past my return period. Did not get the extended warranty. Disclaimer ive been told i have an abnormally big head.
